Create 2 New Mews Houses

In 2003 developed Angel Yard into 4 Mews houses , still own the 400 year old cobbled Mews roadway which gives the only access to the rear of a neighbours building , which if bought from them could create 2 New Mews Houses . It's a complicated development that would need me to explain , but I would sell my access road for £600k
