Ferry Road
We extended the kitchen by creating a bolt-on to the rear elevation. The enlarged kitchen and dining space benefits from two key zones, for cooking and eating. We created a bespoke shelving unit in the latter, made from solid oak, and a window seat to match. We made a feature of the original stonework, leaving it exposed after it had been repaired and sealed. EKCO supplied us with a German kitchen; tiles from Porcelanosa. We installed a Lutron lighting system and TADO underfloor heating in the newly created space.
The old kitchen was turned into a snug and a new utility room and shower room was created by EKCO.
