Création d’un studio étudiant par la réunion de deux chambres de bonne, au dernier étage sous combles, dans un immeuble haussmannien rue de Rivoli. L’espace exigüe, tout en longueur et presque entièrement sous pente est agencé afin d’en faire un logement confortable et fonctionnel. Une rénovation complète du lieu a été réalisée : réfection totale du sol, réalisation d'une isolation thermique des combles via de nouveaux isolants performants, création d’une salle de bain avec wc, création d’une cuisine comprenant de nombreux rangements, conception d’éléments de mobilier sur mesure optimisant l’espace. Bei dem Umbau wurde großer Wert darauf gelegt besondere Materialien zu erhalten und diese im gleichen Stil wieder einzubauen. So wurden der Parkettboden sowie die Natursteinfliesen in der ehemaligen Küche behutsam ausgebaut um nach der Sanierung und der Neukonzipierung der Raumaufteilung wieder eingebaut werden zu können. GD Arredamenti teams up with Colonnade Group and architect Morris Adjmi for a new boutique residential development located in the Tribeca West Historic District, New York. The gracious interiors, design by Stefano Pasqualetti, and the layouts of these apartments provide for a quiet respite from city life and elegant entertaining; Velvet Elite walnut kitchen collection was used in a combination of frosted white glass with black aluminum frame and both walnut veneer and 3-layer solid Walnut (for the Penthouse only). In addition, beautiful marbles from Italy enrich the whole apartments; accordingly top of the line appliances from Miele and Subzero-Wolf makes these kitchens highly functional and yet beautiful. Master bathrooms and powder rooms, elegantly clad in custom etched Carrara marble, were also designed with the use of natural materials; such as custom built washbasins in Piasentina stone and Serena stone, all manufactured by GD Arredamenti. Dans ce luxueux appartement situé Boulevard Raspail (Paris 6), la cuisine se devait d'être en osmose avec l'existant. Deux sublimes pièces en enfilade de forme oblongue, typiques des appartements Haussmaniens, font face à une magistrale verrière à découpes géométriques. La décoration inspirée Art Déco et la beauté des parquets anciens trouvent leur écho dans le choix de matériaux nobles : bois précieux, laque blanche, carreaux de ciment turquoise, et touche d'or. Les empiècement miroir de la crédence créent l'illusion de profondeur et démultiplient les effets de lumière. Enfin l'îlot, tel une sculpture de marbre, trône au coeur de cette pièce-bijou et offre un véritable espace de dégustation. Zoë Noble Photography A labour of love that took over a year to complete, the evolution of this space represents my personal style whilst respecting rental restrictions. With an emphasis on the significance of individual objects and some minimalist restraint, the multifunctional living space utilises a high/low mix of furnishings. The kitchen features Ikea cupboards and custom shelving. A farmhouse sink, oak worktop and vintage milk pails are a gentle nod towards my country roots.

Unter der geräumigen Fensterfront wurde ein smartes Lowboard eingebracht, das Platz für dekorative Einflüsse in die klare Linienführung einbringt. Praktisch eignet sich der Bereich auch als kurz genutzte Ablagefläche sowie als Stauraum für weniger oft genutzte Küchenutensilien.
