The marble countertop of the dining table and the metal feet are calm and steady. The texture of the metal color is full of modernity, and the casual details are soothing French elegance. The white porcelain ornaments have a variety of gestures, like a graceful dancer, like a dancer's elegant skirt, and like a blooming flower, all breathing French elegance, without limitation and style, which is a unique style.

This North Vancouver old timer went through a major renovation in 2015/16. We took it down to the studs and removed all of the dining and living room walls, created an additional storage room (or future bedroom), installed a custom walk in shower, two full height gas fireplaces surrouned by large format tiles and limestone, added windows including a giant 10' window in the kitchen overlooking the green backyard and new oversided 2-tier entertainment deck. We used luxurious finishes such as limestone, marble, quartz,, oiled hard wood flooring, and high end plumbing fixtures

Silent A Photography The great room with floor to ceiling view of the forest, bi-fold glass doors to open the room to the outdoor living space with fire pit, large organic custom rock trimmed hot tub, and forest beyond. The room features a fireplace with glass windows that look onto the stone wrapped chimney. Steel C channels support the main ridge beam and are shown at the top of the photograph.

Floating above the kitchen and family room, a mezzanine offers elevated views to the lake. It features a fireplace with cozy seating and a game table for family gatherings. Architecture and interior design by Pierre Hoppenot, Studio PHH Architects.

After much thought I opted to relocate the dogwood paintings to the area behind the sofa to bring more color into the heart of the space. Texture was introduced where the paintings once hung by hanging plates in the shape of magnolia flowers.
