A new beverage area was constructed where the wall to the family room used to be. The counter peninsula separates the kitchen from the family room, yet still creates an open area.

Renovation of an apartment located in the infamous Lutyens buildings in Pimlico, Central London. This small apartment was in need of a complete overhaul and modernisation to each and every room. Blessed with natural light and regular layout we designed and developed a modern, practical and stylish bathroom and kitchen, maximising the use of space. Further we designed and developed a beautiful minimalist living room and bedroom, enhanced by stunning lighting. New dark wooden floors are complimented perfectly by the use of grey, black and white walls, materials and fixtures to create a modern stylish apartment.

The kitchen came with beautiful fixtures but looked very bland. The kitchen features included caesar stone counter tops in color blizzard, Elkay kitchen sink and KitchenAid appliances. To add some punch, the door of the washer/dryer closet was painted a dark brown with white accent lines. The bar chair is from Ethan Allen. Niché dans le 15e, ce joli 63 m² a été acheté par un couple de trentenaires. L’idée globale était de réaménager certaines pièces et travailler sur la luminosité de l’appartement. 1ère étape : repeindre tout l’appartement et vitrifier le parquet existant. Puis dans la cuisine : réaménagement total ! Nous avons personnalisé une cuisine Ikea avec des façades Bodarp gris vert. Le plan de travail en noyer donne une touche de chaleur et la crédence type zellige en blanc cassé (@parquet_carrelage) vient accentuer la singularité de la pièce. Nos équipes ont également entièrement refait la SDB : pose du terrazzo au sol, de la baignoire et sa petite verrière, des faïences, des meubles et de la vasque. Et vous voyez le petit meuble « buanderie » qui abrite la machine à laver ? Il s’agit d’une création maison ! Nous avons également créé d’autres rangement sur-mesure pour ce projet : les niches colorées de la cuisine, le meuble bas du séjour, la penderie et le meuble à chaussures du couloir. Ce dernier a une toute autre allure paré du papier peint Jungle Cole & Son ! Grâce à la verrière que nous avons posée, il devient visible depuis le salon. La verrière permet également de laisser passer la lumière du salon vers le couloir.

The kitchen, directly to the right of the Entry foyer, includes an informal breakfast area with enough room for four chairs. The custom designed table comes out from the side wall and is flanked by four black Mallet Stevens chairs. A single polished chrome pendent hangs above the table from a partially dropped ceiling to emphasize the dining area.

This project is a modern high gloss kitchen in Marlow, Buckinghamshire with American black walnut inlays and Parapan® doors. We were instructed with all of the room preparation including lighting, electrics, plumbing, decoration, furniture, worktops and appliances. This kitchen has Caesarstone shitake work surfaces with a white Parapan® cabinet finish and integrated Miele Pureline appliances. All of these elements came together to produce a stunning contemporary shaker kitchen individually designed to suit our clients needs.

The brief for this project involved a full house renovation, and extension to reconfigure the ground floor layout. To maximise the untapped potential and make the most out of the existing space for a busy family home. When we spoke with the homeowner about their project, it was clear that for them, this wasn’t just about a renovation or extension. It was about creating a home that really worked for them and their lifestyle. We built in plenty of storage, a large dining area so they could entertain family and friends easily. And instead of treating each space as a box with no connections between them, we designed a space to create a seamless flow throughout. A complete refurbishment and interior design project, for this bold and brave colourful client. The kitchen was designed and all finishes were specified to create a warm modern take on a classic kitchen. Layered lighting was used in all the rooms to create a moody atmosphere. We designed fitted seating in the dining area and bespoke joinery to complete the look. We created a light filled dining space extension full of personality, with black glazing to connect to the garden and outdoor living.

The traditional tap, does not look out of place in this modern kitchen, keeping the brass / gold accents flowing within the space. The quartz upstand was expanded to provide a perfect barrier for water splashes under the window.
