This modern blue and brass kitchen is the heart of this open-plan space and leads right into a stunning garden, framed by big french doors. This beautiful space belongs to our Head of Design Lucy, whose home was entirely designed by herself and her architect husband, after knocking down some derelict garages in a prime location in Bournemouth to make way for their stunning family home.

Designing a show home kitchen with dark cabinets involved a thoughtful balance of contrast and harmony to create a stunning and sophisticated space. The dark cabinets served as a bold focal point, grounding the room with a sense of richness and elegance. The deep hue added depth and drama to the kitchen, while the sleek, modern design complemented the overall aesthetic of the space. To offset the darkness of the cabinets and create visual interest, light chairs were chosen to provide a striking contrast. The light chairs brightened the room but also added a touch of airness and warmth to the space. The neutral tones helped to balance the dark cabinets, creating a harmonious blend of light and dark elements that enhanced the overall design. The careful selection of materials and finishes further elevated the design of the show home kitchen. High quality countertops in a complementary colour were chosen to contrast with the dark cabinets and tie the design elements together. Stainless steel appliances added a sleek and modern touch, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.

Ici, notre cliente a fait appel à notre agence pour la guider dans l'aménagement et la décoration de cette pièce, afin de lui apporter une tonalité plus contemporaine, le tout en respectant un budget précis. Pour nous permettre un aménagement plus fluide, nous avons tout d'abord remplacé la porte battante par un modèle coulissant. Notre cliente ne désirant pas changer le sol, nous avons choisi le blanc pour les façades et du bois pour venir réchauffer l'ensemble. Côté aménagement, nous avons opté pour un grand mur technique avec les équipements tel que le four et le réfrigérateur, mais aussi de nombreux rangements, et tout cela jusqu'au plafond, pour ne perdre aucun cm2. En retour, un grand linéaire de plan de travail, équipé d'un point chaud et d'un évier. La hotte dissimulée dans un meuble haut crée un environnement sobre et clair pour cette petite cuisine. Notre cliente désirait conserver un espace repas, petit déjeuner. Nous avons opté pour un linéaire de plan de travail contre le mur en y installant des meubles de rangement hauts et bas. Le tout complété par des tablettes murales, un tabouret en rotin naturel, et des objets de décoration, notre cliente apprécie vraiment cet espace cocon. Enfin pour apporter douceur et personnalité, nous avons peint deux murs dans une tonalité de vert d'eau tendance et frais.

There is a shade to suit every taste. The concrete and the matte lacquered fronts blend in harmoniously and create a space filled with sophistication and glamour with gold-coloured handles and stylish worktop.
