When we decided to remodel our 27-year-old master bathroom, we received estimates from four contractors, all of whom had stellar reviews and we would have done a great job. All of their estimates were close enough to the same price so that was not a factor in our decision. When we met with Ethan Randle we immediately knew that Ironwood was our top choice. When the job was completed, every aspect of the process exceeded our high expectations. Ethan was incredibly communicative and responsive, going above and beyond to answer our questions and ensuring that we were happy with the work. He provided a day-by-day schedule when we signed the contract, and stayed exactly on schedule throughout the process. Before Ethan started construction, he arranged for us to meet with all of his subcontractors, and we could tell that he was very selective in choosing his team, they were all terrific. Ethan is friendly, honest, and takes great pride in the quality of his work and the quality of the overall customer experience. We would definitely use Ironwood again.

It was a pleasure working with Ethan and his team. They were professional and very thorough in their communication. We never felt like we didn’t know what the next steps were in the process. Everything was outlined and updates were sent via email or text. If we had an issue, Ethan was always very responsive and came up with a solution right away. The quality of the work was impeccable! We would most definitely use them in again for a future project.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Ironwood Custom Remodels and its owner Ethan. Ethan is top-notch at communicating and scheduling - we were so impressed with how smoothly the entire project (a laundry room renovation) was organized and how seamlessly he scheduled subcontractors with almost no days in between. The entire project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, which is typically unheard of when doing home renovations. We will definitely be working with Ethan again.

We have now had Ethan complete 3 projects for us! He built custom shelving in our study closet, epoxied our garage floor and built & installed a shelving/rod system in our primary closet! He has been wonderful to work with! Everything he has done has been completed with excellence!

Our remodel project was not just a job, it was an opportunity for positive change in our life and Ethan helped bring that to fruition. The project included a full kitchen upgrade; removing a bar/counter and cabinets to open up the kitchen to the dining room. Installed new cabinets, marble countertop, lighting, flooring, and all new appliances. It turned out amazing! We also had two bathrooms remodeled, new flooring installed throughout the main living area, new paint through the entire home including new baseboards, and recessed LED ceiling lights installed. We are extremely pleased with our results. Throughout this process we continued to live in the house and happy to say the worksite was cleaned up each day and the disruption was minimal for the most part. Ethan stands behind his work and brings skilled tradesmen to the project. We have no hesitation recommending Ethan for home remodels large and small.
