For this project in Harpenden, the client wanted a cooking space to suit their family requirements but also with a chic and moody feel. This kitchen features Nobilia's 317 Touch and 340 Lacquer Laminate in Black Supermatt for a luxurious yet understated allure. The sleek 12mm ceramic worktop complements the deep tones, providing a modern touch to the space. A focal point is the bronze mirror backsplash, a stunning creation by Southern Counties Glass, adding depth to the space. High-end appliances from AEG, Bora, Blanco, and Quooker seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetics to elevate the kitchen's performance. These appliances add efficiency to daily cooking activities. At the heart of this space stands a large central island for dining and entertaining, while serving as an additional workspace for meal preparation. Suspended above, gold ambient lighting casts a warm glow, adding a touch of glamour to the space. Ultramodern German Kitchen in Cranleigh, Surrey This Cranleigh kitchen makes the most of a bold kitchen theme and our design & supply only fitting option. The Brief This Cranleigh project sought to make use of our design & supply only service, with a design tailored around the sunny extension being built by a contractor at this property. The task for our Horsham based kitchen designer George was to create a design to suit the extension in the works as well as the style and daily habits of these Cranleigh clients. A theme from our Horsham Showroom was a favourable design choice for this project, with adjustments required to fit this space. Design Elements With the core theme of the kitchen all but decided, the layout of the space was a key consideration to ensure the new space would function as required. A clever layout places full-height units along the rear wall of this property with all the key work areas of this kitchen below the three angled windows of the extension. The theme combines dark matt black furniture with ferro bronze accents and a bronze splashback. The handleless profiling throughout is also leant from the display at our Horsham showroom and compliments the ultramodern kitchen theme of black and bronze. To add a further dark element quartz work surfaces have been used in the Vanilla Noir finish from Caesarstone. A nice touch to this project is an in keeping quartz windowsill used above the sink area. Special Inclusions With our completely custom design service, a number of special inclusions have been catered for to add function to the project. A key area of the kitchen where function is added is via the appliances chosen. An array of Neff appliances have been utilised, with high-performance N90 models opted for across a single oven, microwave oven and warming drawer. Elsewhere, full-height fridge and freezers have been integrated behind furniture, with a Neff dishwasher located near to the sink also integrated behind furniture. A popular wine cabinet is fitted within furniture around the island space in this kitchen. Project Highlight The highlight of this project lays within the coordinated design & supply only service provided for this project. Designer George tailored our service to this project, with a professional survey undertaken as soon as the area of the extension was constructed. With any adjustments made, the furniture and appliances were conveniently delivered to site for this client’s builder to install. Our work surface partner then fitted the quartz work surfaces as the final flourish. The End Result This project is a fantastic example of the first-class results that can be achieved using our design & supply only fitting option, with the design perfectly tailored to the building work undertaken – plus timely coordination with the builder working on the project. My vision for this kitchen was to create a modern and updated design style and help breathe new life into the space. I wanted to bring a smile to the homeowners' faces each time they walk in the room. I felt the space needed to be lightened up and have extraordinary finish details and a focal feature. I felt the finish of the cabinets and walls needed to be lighter and more neutral than the original glazed style. I envisioned a glass backsplash that glistens and sparkles as it catches the light. The Taj Mahal stone countertop is a statement piece that updates the space while complementing the existing travertine flooring. Luxe gold faucets add more sparkle. And for the focal? How about ceiling beams and a couple of breathtaking oversized pendants with black & gold detail? Mission accomplished!

奥に見えるキッチンは既存のキッチンをリメイクして作りました。天板はアイランドキッチンと同じクォーツ材とし水栓・加熱機器の交換をしています。レンジフードは同時給排気機器にバリエーションが少なく、見えにくい位置なので再利用としています。

One of our clients' goals from the start was a "cozy kitchen" within a modern space. The kitchen is warmed exposed beam and wood stained beadboard ceiling. The floor is 6" white oak. Our clients looked for an antique island but found none that could support the custom marble top. Ultimately this was a commissioned custom piece. The kitchen also features double ovens, floating open shelving, and three types of lighting features: recessed, track lighting, and drop pendants.

We following all the phase from the initial sketch to the installation. The kitchen has been design in London and manufactured in Italy. Materials: Wood veneer, Wood lacquered Metal. Glass.
