View of Great Room/Living Room and Entertainment Center: 41 West Coastal Retreat Series reveals creative, fresh ideas, for a new look to define the casual beach lifestyle of Naples. More than a dozen custom variations and sizes are available to be built on your lot. From this spacious 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom model, to larger 4 and 5 bedroom versions ranging from 3,500 - 10,000 square feet, including guest house options.

Going with a traditional build we were able to utilize common building materials and truly make the room feel like a extension of the home. For the exterior the client decided to go with a stone veneer base with shake style siding above, allowing the room to stand out from the main house. This room is a accent to the home and the finish does play a major role in this. Your eye will catch the contrast and then notice the unique layout / design with the walls and roof. To enhance the space with the interior woodworking (trim) we introduced classical moulding profiles along with a bead board ceiling. On the floor we went with luxury vinyl plank, being durable and waterproof while offering a real wood look, a excellent choice for this space.

This stunning new build captured the ambience and history of Traditional Irish Living by integrating authentic antique fixtures, furnishings and mirrors that had once graced local heritage properties. It is punctuated by a stunning hand carved marble fireplace (Circa. 1700's) redeemed from a nearby historic home. Altogether the soothing honey, cream and caramel tones this elegantly furnished space create an atmosphere of calm serenity.

In the large space, we added framing detail to separate the room into a joined, but visually zoned room. This allowed us to have a separate area for the kids games and a space for gathering around the TV during a moving or while watching sports. We added a large ceiling light to lower the ceiling in the space as well as soffits to give more visual dimension to the room. The large interior window in the back leads to an office up the stairs. The Kristin Entertainment center has been everyone's favorite at Mallory Park, 15 feet long by 9 feet high, solid wood construction, plenty of storage, white oak shelves, and a shiplap backdrop.

Modern Retreat is one of a four home collection located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The site, formerly home to the abandoned Kachina Elementary School, offered remarkable views of Camelback Mountain. Nestled into an acre-sized, pie shaped cul-de-sac, the site’s unique challenges came in the form of lot geometry, western primary views, and limited southern exposure. While the lot’s shape had a heavy influence on the home organization, the western views and the need for western solar protection created the general massing hierarchy. The undulating split-faced travertine stone walls both protect and give a vivid textural display and seamlessly pass from exterior to interior. The tone-on-tone exterior material palate was married with an effective amount of contrast internally. This created a very dynamic exchange between objects in space and the juxtaposition to the more simple and elegant architecture. Maximizing the 5,652 sq ft, a seamless connection of interior and exterior spaces through pocketing glass doors extends public spaces to the outdoors and highlights the fantastic Camelback Mountain views. Lacking a proper entry wasn't an issue in this small living space, with the makeshift coat rack for hats scarves and bags, and a tray filled with small river stones for shoes and boots. Wainscoting along the same wall to bring some subtle contrast and a catchall cabinet to hold keys and outgoing mail. Designed by Jennifer Grey

Only a few minutes from the project to the left (Another Minnetonka Finished Basement) this space was just as cluttered, dark, and under utilized. Done in tandem with Landmark Remodeling, this space had a specific aesthetic: to be warm, with stained cabinetry, gas fireplace, and wet bar. They also have a musically inclined son who needed a place for his drums and piano. We had amble space to accomodate everything they wanted. We decided to move the existing laundry to another location, which allowed for a true bar space and two-fold, a dedicated laundry room with folding counter and utility closets. The existing bathroom was one of the scariest we've seen, but we knew we could save it. Overall the space was a huge transformation! Photographer- Height Advantages
