Eric can also be reached easily whenever there is a design question or will come out to the field to solve a problem. There are not enough FANTASTIC words to describe Eric Trabert and Associates. Unknown to Eric and myself when we started the process of designing my new home, we had a lot of challenges that were presented within the zoning codes and the City. While designing a house is exciting, it doesn't come without its obstacles and hurdles. Eric was beyond patient with the process, the City and myself. He was diligent and worked side by side with me to accomplish the maximum we could get out of our project. When I decided to put my project on hold to work with the city to enhance my project (which took several months) he showed up for every meeting, and worked diligently to tackle the challenges that were presented. I could not ask for better support. On the design end, he took my wishes and ideas, and came up with a beautiful layout and flow with the house. While Eric offered his design ideas, he was supportive and listened to my wishes. He works hard to deliver what you expect, while staying true to the architectural feel both inside and out. If you are looking for an expert design architect, who cares about the end result and works well with everyone, Eric Trabert is your person. Even my contractor often mentions how fast Eric responds to all requests quickly and professionally. I know there are many architects and home designers out there to choose from, but trust me when I say, Eric Trabert is one of the best. Once I met him, I did not need to look any further. Everyone on my project who has worked with him, including the city, says he is incredible to work with. Designing and building a house is no easy task, and comes with a lot of stress. It is important to make sure you have someone who will support you, take the necessary time needed to accomplish your wishes and who cares about the end result and your happiness. This is Eric.
