Practically every aspect of this home was worked on by the time we completed remodeling this Geneva lakefront property. We added an addition on top of the house in order to make space for a lofted bunk room and bathroom with tiled shower, which allowed additional accommodations for visiting guests. This house also boasts five beautiful bedrooms including the redesigned master bedroom on the second level. The main floor has an open concept floor plan that allows our clients and their guests to see the lake from the moment they walk in the door. It is comprised of a large gourmet kitchen, living room, and home bar area, which share white and gray color tones that provide added brightness to the space. The level is finished with laminated vinyl plank flooring to add a classic feel with modern technology. When looking at the exterior of the house, the results are evident at a single glance. We changed the siding from yellow to gray, which gave the home a modern, classy feel. The deck was also redone with composite wood decking and cable railings. This completed the classic lake feel our clients were hoping for. When the project was completed, we were thrilled with the results!

Widened opening into traditional middle room of a Victorian home, bespoke stained glass doors were made by local artisans, installed new fire surround, hearth & wood burner. Bespoke bookcases and mini bar were created to bring function to the once unused space. The taller wall cabinets feature bespoke brass mesh inlay which house the owners high specification stereo equipment with extensive music collection stored below. New solid oak parquet flooring. To update this traditional Atlanta home, Pineapple House designers bring harmony to the interior architecture with color. They renovate the residence so it is more conducive to comfort, entertaining and their pets. In the keeping room, they replaced the vaulted ceiling with a 13’ high coffered ceiling. They pay special attention to the clients two dogs, and integrate them into the living situation with a number of elements, like the dog kennel that they incorporate under the banquette on the right side of the room. The experience was designed to begin as residents approach the development, we were asked to evoke the Art Deco history of local Paddington Station which starts with a contrast chevron patterned floor leading residents through the entrance. This architectural statement becomes a bold focal point, complementing the scale of the lobbies double height spaces. Brass metal work is layered throughout the space, adding touches of luxury, en-keeping with the development. This starts on entry, announcing ‘Paddington Exchange’ inset within the floor. Subtle and contemporary vertical polished plaster detailing also accentuates the double-height arrival points . A series of black and bronze pendant lights sit in a crossed pattern to mirror the playful flooring. The central concierge desk has curves referencing Art Deco architecture, as well as elements of train and automobile design. Completed at HLM Architects
