Link Designer TV Stand offers the convenience and functionality that's expected from such a progressive furniture piece. Manufactured in Italy by Cattelan Italia, Link TV Stand is reversible able to accommodate a left or right handed room layout as well as it is adjustable in width. Featuring walnut door and drawers, Link TV Stand can have a white or graphite frame while its drawer is available in walnut, graphite or white lacquered wood.

This warm, elegant, and inviting great room is complete with rich patterns, textures, fabrics, wallpaper, stone, and a large custom multi-light chandelier that is suspended above. The two way fireplace is covered in stone and the walls on either side are covered in a knot fabric wallpaper that adds a subtle and sophisticated texture to the space. A mixture of cool and warm tones makes this space unique and interesting. The space is anchored with a sectional that has an abstract pattern around the back and sides, two swivel chairs and large rectangular coffee table. The large sliders collapse back to the wall connecting the interior and exterior living spaces to create a true indoor/outdoor living experience. The cedar wood ceiling adds additional warmth to the home.

L’appartamento, di circa 100 mq, situato nel cuore di Ercolano, fa del colore MARSALA la sua nota distintiva. Il progetto parte dal recupero di parte dell’arredo esistente, dalla voglia di cambiamento dell’immagine dello spazio e dalle nuove esigenze funzionali richieste dalla Committenza. Attraverso arredi e complementi all’appartamento è stato dato un carattere confortevole ed accogliente, anche e soprattutto nei toni e nei colori di essi. Il colore del legno a pavimento si sposa bene con quello delle pareti e, insieme ai tappeti, ai tessuti e alla finiture, contribuisce a rendere calda l’atmosfera. Ingresso e soggiorno si fondano in unico ambiente delineando lo spazio con più personalità dell’abitazione, mentre l’accesso alla cucina è reso mediante una porta scorrevole in vetro.

SeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture. This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views. Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes. Our St. Pete studio gave this beautiful kitchen and living room an eye-catching modern renovation. The kitchen got a beautiful island with a stylish countertop, classy wooden chairs, and stunning pendants. We used classic subway tiles in a herringbone pattern to create a lovely backsplash. We also brightened up the airy breakfast nook with decorative artwork and statement lighting. The living room has cozy furnishings in stylish patterns creating a warm, inviting ambience. The nature influenced wallpaper adds an Art Nouveau style flair to this interior. With the rich jewel-tones creating the feeling of comfort and ease, this hi-lo mix of furnishings is a combination of both new and rare-find consignment pieces. Questo ambiente è principalmente diviso in tre zone: una zona pranzo, il soggiorno e una zona studio camera ospiti. Qui troviamo un mobile molto versatile: un tavolo richiudibile dietro al quale si nasconde un letto matrimoniale. Dalla parte opposta una libreria che percorre la parete lasciando poi il posto al mobile TV adiacente all’ingresso dell’appartamento. Per sottolineare la continuità dei due ambienti è stata realizzata una controsoffittatura con illuminazione a led che comincia all’ingresso dell’appartamento e termina verso la porta finestra di fronte. Dalla parte opposta una libreria che percorre la parete lasciando poi il posto al mobile TV adiacente all’ingresso dell’appartamento. When planning this custom residence, the owners had a clear vision – to create an inviting home for their family, with plenty of opportunities to entertain, play, and relax and unwind. They asked for an interior that was approachable and rugged, with an aesthetic that would stand the test of time. Amy Carman Design was tasked with designing all of the millwork, custom cabinetry and interior architecture throughout, including a private theater, lower level bar, game room and a sport court. A materials palette of reclaimed barn wood, gray-washed oak, natural stone, black windows, handmade and vintage-inspired tile, and a mix of white and stained woodwork help set the stage for the furnishings. This down-to-earth vibe carries through to every piece of furniture, artwork, light fixture and textile in the home, creating an overall sense of warmth and authenticity.
