The living room in this Bloomfield Hills residence was a part of a whole house renovation and addition, completed in 2016. Within the living room are signature paintings, artifacts, and furniture pieces that complement the eclectic taste of the client. The design of the room started off of a single centerline; on one end is a full-masonry fireplace and on the other is a signature 8' by 8' charity auction painting. This colorful painting helps liven up the room while providing focal point when entering the room. These two elements anchor the room, allowing focal points on both walls while accentuating the view to the back yard through three sets of French doors. The décor and furniture complements that of the artwork and artifacts, allowing the room to feel cohesive and inviting.

This modern take on a French Country home incorporates sleek custom-designed built-in shelving. The shape and size of each shelf were intentionally designed and perfectly houses a unique raw wood sculpture. A chic color palette of warm neutrals, greys, blacks, and hints of metallics seep throughout this space and the neighboring rooms, creating a design that is striking and cohesive.

Sophisticated living area to enjoy the Colorado views. Benjamin Moore Pashmina allowed us to keep the existing wood trim and update it to a fresh new look. A mix of the client's existing wood and leather accent pieces are together with a more modern chaise.

This formal living room was transform for a family with three young children into a semi formal family space. By building this large fireplace surround and hiding inside it a large smart television and sound bar, the family is able to use the room for both formal and in formal hosting. there was a dry bar built on one side of the room to accommodate the many guests, and a small desk and chairs duplicating as a game table for the kids. photographed by Hulya Kolabas

This tucked away timber frame home features intricate details and fine finishes. This home has extensive stone work and recycled timbers and lumber throughout on both the interior and exterior. The combination of stone and recycled wood make it one of our favorites.The tall stone arched hallway, large glass expansion and hammered steel balusters are an impressive combination of interior themes. Take notice of the oversized one piece mantels and hearths on each of the fireplaces. The powder room is also attractive with its birch wall covering and stone vanities and countertop with an antler framed mirror. The details and design are delightful throughout the entire house. Before the transformation, this space was dark and separated from the kitchen and dining area. Now it is a cozy and seamless extension of the adjoining spaces.

The great room has a two story fireplace flanked by recesssed display shelving. Everything was painted out the same color as the walls for unification and to achieve an updated interior. The oversized furnishings help to ground the space. An open loft and galley hall overlook the space from the second floor and massive windwows let in full light from the covered deck beyond.
