Purchased in a very dated style, these homeowners came to us to solve their remodeling problems! We redesigned the flow of the home to reflect their family's needs and desires. Now they have a masterpiece!

This is one of our favourites from the Volpi range. Charcoal stone effect tall cabinets mixed with Dust Grey base units. The worktops are Sensa - Black Beauty by Cosentino. We then added COB LED lights along the handle profiles and plinths. Notice the secret cupboard in the utility room for hiding away the broom and vacuum cleaner.

直角の無い6角形19坪の敷地は商店街のアーケードまで10ｍに位置していました・・・。 敷地外周に沿って目一杯に巡らされたボリュームの内側に周辺とは切り離されたもう一つ別の世界を創ることを試みました。 2層分のボリュームの両端には外部空間を再挿入し、それらを往復する動線の中に生活空間がレイアウトされています。 そこには仕切は無く部屋というより行為を誘発する機能とゾーニングが展開するイメージの空間が広がります。

This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room. The interior is finished with the finest materials and detailing, with crown molding, coffered, tray and barrel vault ceilings, chair rail, arched openings, rounded corners, built-in niches and coves, wide halls, and 12' first floor ceilings with 10' second floor ceilings. The homeowners, who hail from Texas, believe that bigger is better, and this house was built to match their dreams. A paver driveway and covered patio are included, along with paver retaining wall carved into the hill, creating a secluded back yard play space for their young children.
