Alongside Tschida Construction and Pro Design Custom Cabinetry, we upgraded a new build to maximum function and magazine worthy style. Changing swinging doors to pocket, stacking laundry units, and doing closed cabinetry options really made the space seem as though it doubled.

This contemporary compact laundry room packs a lot of punch and personality. With it's gold fixtures and hardware adding some glitz, the grey cabinetry, industrial floors and patterned backsplash tile brings interest to this small space. Fully loaded with hanging racks, large accommodating sink, vacuum/ironing board storage & laundry shoot, this laundry room is not only stylish but function forward.

From the serene hues of blue cabinetry to the sleek blue tile backsplash, every detail is meticulously curated for both form and function. With floating shelves adding a touch of airy elegance, this space seamlessly blends practicality with contemporary charm. Who says laundry rooms can't be luxurious?

Clients had a large wasted space area upstairs and wanted to better utilize the area. They decided to add a large laundry area that provided tons of storage and workspace to properly do laundry. This family of 5 has deeply benefited from creating this more functional beautiful laundry space.

Sunny, upper-level laundry room features: Beautiful Interceramic Union Square glazed ceramic tile floor, in Hudson. Painted shaker style custom cabinets by Ayr Cabinet Company includes a natural wood top, pull-out ironing board, towel bar and loads of storage. Two huge fold down drying racks. Thomas O'Brien Katie Conical Pendant by Visual Comfort & Co. Kohler Iron/Tones™ undermount porcelain sink in Sea Salt. Newport Brass Fairfield bridge faucet in flat black. Our clients wanted the ultimate modern farmhouse custom dream home. They found property in the Santa Rosa Valley with an existing house on 3 ½ acres. They could envision a new home with a pool, a barn, and a place to raise horses. JRP and the clients went all in, sparing no expense. Thus, the old house was demolished and the couple’s dream home began to come to fruition. The result is a simple, contemporary layout with ample light thanks to the open floor plan. When it comes to a modern farmhouse aesthetic, it’s all about neutral hues, wood accents, and furniture with clean lines. Every room is thoughtfully crafted with its own personality. Yet still reflects a bit of that farmhouse charm. Their considerable-sized kitchen is a union of rustic warmth and industrial simplicity. The all-white shaker cabinetry and subway backsplash light up the room. All white everything complimented by warm wood flooring and matte black fixtures. The stunning custom Raw Urth reclaimed steel hood is also a star focal point in this gorgeous space. Not to mention the wet bar area with its unique open shelves above not one, but two integrated wine chillers. It’s also thoughtfully positioned next to the large pantry with a farmhouse style staple: a sliding barn door. The master bathroom is relaxation at its finest. Monochromatic colors and a pop of pattern on the floor lend a fashionable look to this private retreat. Matte black finishes stand out against a stark white backsplash, complement charcoal veins in the marble looking countertop, and is cohesive with the entire look. Laundry: All of the current cabinetry and floor tile were demoed out and replaced with new custom-built ones with a drop zone and uppers. The new cabinetry was painted to a timeless white semi-gloss color. New white oak countertops with a 2-inch thickness were laid on top of that. The team at Etch along with the owner chose a wooden oak top because of its natural finish and cost-efficiency.
