This pantry was completed in white with shaker style drawers and doors and oil rubbed bronze hardware. The counter top is a matte finish to match the hardware. Corner shelves maximize the space with wire storage baskets for more diversity and functionality. There are also vertical storage shelves for large baking sheets or serving plates.

The completely remodeled kitchen is now the focal point of the home. The modern concrete countertops, subway tiles and unique custom cabinets add clean lines and are complemented by the warm and rustic reclaimed wood open shelving. Made with beech and birch wood, the flush inset cabinets feature unique routed pulls and a beaded face frame. The functional butcher block topped island is on wheels and contains several storage drawers.

This clean and bright kitchen features Brookhaven Cabinetry in Nordic White paint on maple wood. The "Larchmont" door style has subtle beading for a classic feel.

These homeowners decided to turn their ski home into a full-time home only to find that what was perfect as a vacation home, didn't function well for year-round living. In the master bathroom an unused tub was removed to make room for a larger vanity with storage. Using the same large format tiles on the floor and the walls provide the desired spa-like feel to the space. Floor to ceiling cabinets provide loads of storage for this kosher kitchen. Two dishwashers, two utensil drawers, a divided sink and two ovens are also included so that meat and dairy could be kept separated. Homes designed by Franconia interior designer Randy Trainor. This Transitional Farmhouse Kitchen was completely remodeled and the home is nestled on the border of Pasadena and South Pasadena. Our goal was to keep the original charm of our client’s home while updating the kitchen in a way that was fresh and current. Our design inspiration began with a deep green soapstone counter top paired with creamy white cabinetry. Carrera marble subway tile for the backsplash is a luxurious splurge and adds classic elegance to the space. The stainless steel appliances and sink create a more transitional feel, while the shaker style cabinetry doors and schoolhouse light fixture are in keeping with the original style of the home. Tile flooring resembling concrete is clean and simple and seeded glass in the upper cabinet doors help make the space feel open and light. This kitchen has a hidden microwave and custom range hood design, as well as a new pantry area, for added storage. The pantry area features an appliance garage and deep-set counter top for multi-purpose use. These features add value to this small space. The finishing touches are polished nickel cabinet hardware, which add a vintage look and the cafe curtains are the handiwork of the homeowner.
