On adore cette jolie cuisine lumineuse, ouverte sur la cour fleurie de l'immeuble. Un joli carrelage aspect carreau de ciment mais moderne, sous cette cuisine ikea blanche aux moulures renforçant le côté un peu campagne, mais modernisé avec des boutons en métal noir, et une crédence qui n'est pas toute hauteur, en carreaux style métro plat vert sauge ! Des petits accessoires muraux viennent compléter le côté rétro de l'ensemble, éclairé par des suspensions design en béton.

Rancho Miniero: Nestled into a sloping hillside, this home’s design gradually reveals itself as you drive up to the auto court, walk through an opening in a garden wall and enter through the front door. The expansive great room has a 15-foot ceiling and concrete floors, stained the color of worn leather. A series of dramatic glass archways open onto the pool terrace and provide a stunning view of the valley below. Upstairs, the bedrooms have floors of reclaimed hickory and pecan. The homes’ copper roof reflects sunlight, keeping the interior cool during the warm summer months. A separate pool house also functions as an office. Photography Doug Dun

A modern kitchen design, flooded with natural light from the sky lights above and the asymmetric glazing. With everything considered including where the clients would keep their cook books and photos.

La cuisine se veut fonctionnelle grâce à ses nombreuses menuiseries sur mesure réalisées par notre talentueux menuisier Fred : meubles de cuisine et banquette côté coin repas, idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis à tout moment de la journée.

Moderniser une cuisine dans un intérieur à l'esprit Haussmannien n’est pas si simple. Il faut arriver à harmoniser deux styles pour n’en créer qu’un. Nous avons conservé ce sol sublime et travailler sur les hauteurs. 3 mètres sous plafond ce n’est pas rien ! Un coffrage avec des spots led a été installé. En plus des interrupteurs, une télécommande permet d’adapter la lumière aux besoins du moment. Des armoires de 2m85 habillent l’espace et offrent un maximum de rangements. Pour donner de la profondeur à la pièce, nous avons sélectionné des meubles Italiens sans poignées et une crédence en verre sur mesure de 3m50 de long. Tout est encastré à 100%, de la cuve en Inox très large, aux poubelles coulissantes de 40 litres en passant par le réfrigérateur combiné. Côté cuisson, nous retrouvons une plaque à gaz feu Wok associée à une hotte silencieuse et son filtre plasma. Comme le souhaitaient mes clients, il est désormais possible de déjeuner en tête à tête dans un espace épuré et lumineux. M & Mme Z sont très satisfaits du résultat et je les remercie d’avoir fait confiance à mon équipe pour transformer radicalement leur ancienne cuisine. Nous avons rénové cet appartement à Pantin pour un homme célibataire. Toutes les tendances fortes de l'année sont présentes dans ce projet : une chambre bleue avec verrière industrielle, une salle de bain black & white à carrelage blanc et robinetterie chromée noire et une cuisine élégante aux teintes vertes.

The worktop on the perimeter units is Iroko wood and the island worktop is honed, pencil veined Carrara marble. A single bowel sink sits in the island with a polished brass tap with a rinse spout. Vintage Holophane pendant lights sit above the island. An open book shelf forms part of a breakfast bar on the dining area side of the island. The black painted sash windows are surrounded by non-bevelled white metro tiles with a dark grey grout. A Wolf gas hob sits above double Neff ovens with a black, Falcon extractor hood over the hob. The flooring is hexagon shaped, cement encaustic tiles in the kitchen area with exposed, original wood floorboards in the rest of the room.
