L’espace sous la mezzanine du loft a été aménagé en atelier de cuisine grâce à un immense ilôt central qui contient la plaque de cuisson et le four. Une hotte suspendue au plafond permet une bonne ventilation ainsi qu’un supplément d’éclairage. L’escalier hélicoïdal permet l’accès à la mezzanine tout en occupant un espace restreint.

La nuova cucina con le ante in vetro bianco, necessitava solo di essere valorizzata con pochi elementi: colore e decor. Il colore è sempre il mix rosa e grigio che troviamo in sala: qui declinato in forme geometriche sulle tre pareti che non sono occupate dalla cucina. É un’ottima soluzione che può sostituire la carta da parati, crea movimento e dà contesto alla parete tv. Il tavolo e le sedie erano già presenti e con questo nuovo fondale vengono risaltate. Molto decorative le tre lampade a sospensione Gople di Artemide rosate in vetro soffiato che bilanciano la presenza della grande cappa in acciaio.

Viejo-nuevo , elegante y rústico,luz y sombra, claros -oscuros. Todo se diseña para crear un espacio práctico, mesa extensible, sofá cama, para que te despierte un sentimiento, un lugar cómodo, con buena circulación y poder colocar a 6 personas cómodamente en él.

This project has been created in collaboration with a European interior designer. The glass countertop has been made of 1 1/2” glass with a “Black Onyx” treatment. The use of a textured edge finish for exposed edges compliments the uniqueness of the product. The LED lights add volume to the countertop and fulfill it with an essential charm. The glass tabletop has been made of 1” Ultra Clear glass with a “Melting Ice” texture on the bottom.

Designed by Catherine Neitzey of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Fredericksburg, VA in collaboration with Heritage Contracting Services, this transitional style inspired two-finish kitchen design features Merillat Classic Tolani Maple Kona and Merillat Masterpiece Montresano with Aged Picket Fence finish cabinets. The bathroom also features Tolani Maple Kona cabinetry. The kitchen includes an Imagery Glass Mosaic 3x6 in Rain material Glass GM07412 tile backsplash. “We walked into Reico without an appointment, because 2 friends highly recommended them. We were warmly greeted by Cat, even without an appointment,” said the client. “Cat listened, and then pulled out samples as she guided us patiently through the process. She brought to our attention a cabinet larger than the actual area in our plan. We were able to adjust before it was ordered. Her guidance, suggestions and attention to our likes and dislikes proved to be invaluable.” “This project was remodeling a basement to add to a multi-generation home with an eye on creating a space to enjoy,” said Cat. “I hit it off with the client right away, meeting prior to selecting a contractor which changed the dynamic of our roles for the duration of the project.” The client added, “One of the best services Reico provided was computer generated visuals. It helped us see what the overall look would be. The kitchen and bathroom are beyond our expectations. We love the look and the flow!” “We changed the wall cabinet color as the space started to come together with all of the supporting selections made,” said Cat. “The Aged Picket Fence painted finish with its artisan random distressing contrasts the contemporary base cabinets and glass tile in the best way. However, this incredible East London interior certainly isn’t a case of style over substance. This outstanding kitchen boasts remarkable functionality to match its exceptional good looks. With a full set of Siemens appliances, including a 5-burner gas hob and domino flex induction cooktop, a Quooker boiling water tap and a CDA wine cooler, this breath-taking kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of its amazing cooking capabilities. A simple monochrome colour palette allows the details of this dramatic interior to do the talking. The brushed aluminium finish on the kitchen island and the luxurious gloss black breakfast bar create a bold contrast against the organic textural surface of the tall cabinets. Sumptuous accents of gold distinguish the plush velvet bar stools, stylish 1810 zenuno sink and gorgeous geometric pendant lights adding a contemporary luxe feel to the space. The striking modern circle lights reflect beautifully off the black glass breakfast bar bringing an added touch of drama and sophistication to our client’s East London home. The meticulously designed and installed row of full-height cabinets hides a fantastic secret. Our London clients also asked us to design a practical and stylish utility space which we have created access to via an ingenious hidden door built into the row of units. Bringing together exceptional style and luxury with state-of-the-art functionality, our East London clients were delighted with their outstanding kitchen and utility transformation.

This sleek, comfy and cozy kitchen features Rochon custom-made wood shaker cabinets in white. The island features a second wood panel (covered in glass) to create a separate seating space and added storage. There are also custom-made floating shelves, which match the island. The hardware is black and the appliances are stainless steel.

This expansive traditional kitchen by senior designer, Randy O'Kane features Bilotta Collection cabinets in a mix of rift cut white ash with a stain for both the tall and the wall cabinets and Smoke Embers paint for the base cabinets. The perimeter wall cabinets are double-stacked for extra storage. Countertops, supplied by Amendola Marble, are Bianco Specchio, a white glass, and the backsplash is limestone. The custom table off the island is wide planked stained wood on a base of blackened stainless steel by Brooks Custom, perfect for eating casual meals. Off to the side is a larger dining area with a custom banquette. Brooks Custom also supplied the stainless steel farmhouse sink below the window. There is a secondary prep sink at the island. This Custom Kitchen bar Countertop was Designed by Architectural Glass art and Fabricated with the help of JCMoag Glass. The Pillar is made of rough -machine cut and stacked shapes and the flame shapes are hand scraped, and kiln fired colored glass frit.

This large and bright kitchen was rethought from a dark cabinet, dark counter top and closed in feel. First the large separating wall from the kitchen into the back hallway overlooking the pool was reduced in height to allow light to spill into the room all day long. Navy Cabinets were repalinted white and the island was updated to a light grey. Absolute black counter tops were left on the perimeter cabinets but the center island and sink area were resurfaced in Cambria Ella. A apron front sign with Newport Brass bridge faucet was installed to accent the area. New pendant lights over the island and retro barstools complete the look. New undercabinet lighting, lighted cabinets and new recessed lighting finished out the kitchen in a new clean bright and welcoming room. Perfect for the grandkids to be in.
