Full remodel of a 40 year old kitchen. The goal was to have a beautiful, functional space for an avid cook in a style that would stand the test of time. The natural cherry cabinetry blends with the natural woodwork in the home. Honed quartz countertops are beautiful and durable. The marble mosaic backsplash is the crown jewel which pulls it all together.

Amazing transformation in a small space. We took the walls down around the main vent chase to open the space to the dining and living room, removed soffits, and brought the kitchen up to date with taupe painted cabinets, a knotty alder island, black granite and Cambria Bellingham counters, a custom Edison bulb chandelier, stainless appliances and the stunning farm sink, and clean classic subway tile.

A kitchen revamp was in order for a local chef and his wife who, manages a local B&B. The foodie duo were tired of their dingy, poorly designed, 1980's style kitchen and desired a bright and open work space where they can kick back and prepare delicious meals for themselves, when they aren't cooking for other people. The space was gutted and reconfigured, switching the sink and stove placement, and situating the refrigerator on the opposite wall, to create a better work triangle. Budget constraints dictated a plan that will be done in phases, and allows more cabinets to be added at a later date, where the open pantry currently lives. A rolling cabinet, with butcher block top, situated to the right of the stove, (unfinished by the cabinet company at the time of the photo shoot), can be pulled into the room to provide a portable island. Budget friendly materials were sourced, including luxury vinyl tile for the floors, that mimics the look of concrete, and laminate counter tops that evoke the look of granite. Full kitchen remodel, original layout was a U shape with a soffit ceiling and popcorn texture. we remodeled with a new kitchen with a island, added modern recess lights, removed popcorn texture, and install SPC 100% waterproof flooring.

The kitchen got a total re-design with fresh finishes and more functional design. This kitchen is great for entertaining, just pop over to the side bar and pour yourself some wine or coffee. The island seats 6. We carefully planned the style to complement the homeowner's modern tastes, while keeping it soft to go with the home's traditional architecture.

We did a major remodel on this home providing a larger kitchen, updating the lighting layout, and making this kitchen more functional by adding this big beautiful island that we custom made. Then we fabricated and installed Spectrum tranquility quartz for the countertops, then we installed a Bedrosians glass mosaic for the backsplash. We also installed this Lvp flooring from surfaceart throughout the entire home. This flooring is wonderful because it has a nice texture.

My Clients wanted a home that was durable enough for their kids and pets to run around in, but luxury enough that they could move in full-time after the last of the kids went off to college. The design delicately balances these two often dueling requirements while highlighting the amazing lake view. The Calacatta quartz countertops are stunning mixed with the dark flooring, and that arabesque tile makes such a statement!

At our Rose Circle project, we did quite a bit to transform this kitchen for our clients. The house had quite a few walls that made the main spaces feel very sectioned off and separate from the rest of the home. When in the kitchen, it was like a cubby secluded from the rest of the house. Our clients major wish was to create an opening from the kitchen into the living room behind it, allowing easier access rather than walking all the way around as well as a large opening duplicating the existing opening next to it which created a much more open kitchen. With these new openings and adding windows to the back wall of the home, which has a great view of Camelback Mountain, it made it feel more open, bigger and brighter while also creating a much more functional kitchen for their needs. We installed all new luxury vinyl throughout, new paint to go with the new color scheme, brand new white cabinets for the perimeter with a custom shiplap hood, a really pretty dark grey stained island with marble looking quartz countertops, subway backsplash and an accent mosaic in the custom cooktop niche that was a special request. With the selections made, it created a really fun "Farmhouse" styled kitchen that also made the home feel cozy and inviting. All the custom touches like the shiplap hood and cooktop niche, made this truly their dream kitchen fit for them! They are extremely happy with the changes we were able to make, created a much better functioning and open home for them.

There is nothing more timeless than a white transitional kitchen and this gleaming example is proof! Our clients started with a builder grade kitchen that was dark and dated for their taste. We installed new flooring throughout the main floor to reinforce the lighter colour palette they craved. The new cabinetry with double stacked uppers highlights their 9’ ceilings, and a grand island provides ample counter space. The previous layout included an unused “eat-in” area which we incorporated into the kitchen by extending the island and using the wall space to include a bar area and beautifully lit display cabinets. Brushed nickel hardware with touches of gold in the faucet and eye-catching lantern chandeliers bring warmth to the space. Our clients can’t wait to gather friends and family around the island in their new showstopping kitchen!
