Au deuxième plan, l'entrée dans le prolongement du passage, avec meubles de rangements à chaussure et encadrement en chêne.

When refurbishing, the goal was clearly defined: plenty of room for the whole family with children, in a beautiful kitchen designed and manufactured locally in Denmark. The owners like to simply contemplate their kitchen from their office space in the corner of the room, or from the couch in the next room. “We love to admire the kitchen and consider it a piece of furniture in and of itself as well as a tool for daily cooking."

Один из реализованных нами проектов - кухня Nolte Artwood | Feel. Строгий лаконичный дизайн смягчен за счет использования контрастных фактур, открытых элементов и асимметричного расположения элементов. Матовые лакированные фасады изготовлены в цвете Ozeanblau. Цоколь, кухонный фартук, столешница и фасады высоких колонн выполнены с фактурой дикого дуба рустикального. Для удобства пользования рабочей поверхностью в нижние панели навесные шкафов встроили LED-светильники. Высокие шкафы утопили в специальной нише в стене, что позволило визуально расширить пространство. Данный проект реализован в 2017 году. Фотограф - Андрей Сорокин.

Originally a nearly three-story tall 1920’s European-styled home was turned into a modern villa for work and home. A series of low concrete retaining wall planters and steps gradually takes you up to the second level entry, grounding or anchoring the house into the site, as does a new wrap around veranda and trellis. Large eave overhangs on the upper roof were designed to give the home presence and were accented with a Mid-century orange color. The new master bedroom addition white box creates a better sense of entry and opens to the wrap around veranda at the opposite side. Inside the owners live on the lower floor and work on the upper floor with the garage basement for storage, archives and a ceramics studio. New windows and open spaces were created for the graphic designer owners; displaying their mid-century modern furnishings collection. A lot of effort went into attempting to lower the house visually by bringing the ground plane higher with the concrete retaining wall planters, steps, wrap around veranda and trellis, and the prominent roof with exaggerated overhangs. That the eaves were painted orange is a cool reflection of the owner’s Dutch heritage. Budget was a driver for the project and it was determined that the footprint of the home should have minimal extensions and that the new windows remain in the same relative locations as the old ones. In this kitchen, Waypoint 650F door style in Painted Linen Finish with Eternia 3cm Ancaster quartz countertops accented with Top Knobs Lydia pull in Flat Black finish. The tile on the backsplash is 3x6 Anatolia Marlow with Tide Glossy finish. Also installed is an Elkay Crosstown Stainless Steel single bowl sink with colander, cutting board, drying rack and drain and a Moen Align pullout faucet in Matte Black finish. The flooring is Adura Rigid Sausalito LVT 6x48 plant in Bay Breeze for the kitchen and entry step.
