Our San Francisco studio designed this beautiful four-story home for a young newlywed couple to create a warm, welcoming haven for entertaining family and friends. In the living spaces, we chose a beautiful neutral palette with light beige and added comfortable furnishings in soft materials. The kitchen is designed to look elegant and functional, and the breakfast nook with beautiful rust-toned chairs adds a pop of fun, breaking the neutrality of the space. In the game room, we added a gorgeous fireplace which creates a stunning focal point, and the elegant furniture provides a classy appeal. On the second floor, we went with elegant, sophisticated decor for the couple's bedroom and a charming, playful vibe in the baby's room. The third floor has a sky lounge and wine bar, where hospitality-grade, stylish furniture provides the perfect ambiance to host a fun party night with friends. In the basement, we designed a stunning wine cellar with glass walls and concealed lights which create a beautiful aura in the space. This compact and very functional Butler's pantry is a great space with plenty of cabinets for storage and a gorgeous reclaimed wood countertop for ample workspace. The glass fronted cabinets make it easy to find things quickly. Beautiful hardwood flooring completes the space.

La cuisine comprend deux blocs linéaires parallèles, donnant sur un troisième espace dînatoire bar avec ses deux chaises design et industrielles en métal et cuir, donnant lui-même sur un quatrième espace: le dressing.

Pour bénéficier d'un maximum de rangements dans cet espace, Qualirénovation a ajouté une série de caissons en hauteur agrémentés de portes relevables. Au fond, on aperçoit le radiateur mural provenant de chez Leroy Merlin. Celui-ci est entièrement personnalisable. Il est possible de choisir la hauteur, la largeur ainsi que le coloris. Thibaut a opté pour un coloris noir faissant écho au mobilier de cuisine.

Magnolia Soul is a warm, robust, family and pet friendly home in Fairfield. The house sits alongside a stunning, mature magnolia tree views to which are intentionally framed by the roof structure, through a high angled window and bay window seat. The generous and versatile window seat creates a lovely place to relax, read a book, spend time with family or sit on the edge of the garden.
