One wowee kitchen! Designed for a family with Sri-Lankan and Singaporean heritage, the brief for this project was to create a Scandi-Asian styled kitchen. The design features ‘Skog’ wall panelling, straw bar stools, open shelving, a sofia swing, a bar and an olive tree.

The dated kitchen was upgraded to a more contemporary European cabinet with a large island. Adding the kitchen island gave much more working space in addition to seating for family and guests. Large drawers in the island also improved the storage capacity for large items. The previously dark kitchen was lit with multiple recess LED can lights, and accent lighting at the island seating area.

In this view of the island and meat side of the kitchen, we can see the dining room beyond. Combining what was once a galley kitchen and a dining room, the new kitchen is very spacious.

After the unforgettable 2020 shut down we were finally able to get some great pictures of a home we rebuilt after a destructive fire that had burned over 60% of their home. 2020 has been an interesting year for the construction business but thankful we've been able to stay busy & you can look forward to many more project photos to come.

This open concept remodel is the home to new Rustic Hickory kitchen cabinets from Dura Supreme Cabinetry shown in the Morel stained finish. Beautiful white enameled cabinetry with white wood plank ceiling. 8" quartered white oak floors. Island painted a contrasting color. Pot filler over Wolf commercial range, seating at island with breakfast room beyond that overlooks the pool and patio area. The kitchen is open to the living room area, and the lanai room, which is heated and cooled, is beyond through the dark stained doors. What a terrific kitchen and gathering area!
