Designed by Bilotta’s Fabrice Garson, this expansive traditional kitchen features our private Bilotta Collection Cabinetry in white paint with double stacked wall cabinets leading up to the coffered ceiling. The massive island houses multiple appliances, including a warming drawer, microwave and dishwasher next to the main sink, as well as large drawers for ample storage. Island seating allows for less formal dining or a place for the children to do their homework while mom prepares dinner. Two wall ovens flanking the 48” Wolf range top create a perfect cooking “nook” and the side-by-side fully integrated 36” Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer allow for plenty of food storage. On either side of the refrigeration are two tall pull-out pantries concealing snacks, spices, baking supplies and more. Every drawer in the space has its individual purpose, whether it be to house cutlery or fine china. The coffered ceiling, a trademark of many of Fabrice’s designs, really open up the space and intertwine it with the adjacent rooms for an overall open feeling – very bright and inviting. The wall on the other side of the island from the cooking wall features a secondary prep sink with a second dishwasher and a under counter beverage center, again, with plenty of storage in both the base and wall cabinets. The backsplash is mostly wood paneling except for the wall behind the range top where there is a custom designed marble mosaic pattern. Designed specifically for an original art deco home, this kitchen celebrates the curves and striking veneers synonymous with the era. An island bench with curved ends is set off by a flood of natural light during the day and glass pendant light fittings by night.

Reconfiguration of the exising kitchen/living room area yielded a more gracious entertaining space with unobstructed views and natural lighting. The pre-finished flooring is a 5" width plank from Dansk Hardwood: Vintage Birch Hard-scraped Solid in the "Toast" finish with satin sheen. Last I checked, it was discontinued by the manufacturer.

Graphite grey satin feel matt, creating a soft contrast when combined with the strong wood grain of the natural Halifax oak to this wonderful breakfasting kitchen. The stunning centre piece island is wrapped in Calacatta stone with waterfall grain matched end panels, creating a truly unique look with the blended stone sink, sitting seamlessly within the island. true handleless created with Blum’s servo drive electric opening, even the fridge and freezer open and close effortlessly. The design brief was to create a breakfasting kitchen with an area to relax and entertain, so the wall hung media area was an integral part of the project and created the space that the client could exhibit their fabulous pieces of modern art!

Large kitchens with a large family that all get involved with cooking on regular occasions means there needs to be a large focus on zones, active vs passive over the very old and traditional thinking of the working triangle. By separating the zones and providing large preparation space between appliances the homes regular cooks could do so without interference or hindrance.

This farmhouse kitchen design in Joelton combines rustic charm with modern design features to create a space that is bright, functional, and stylish. The space incorporates Echelon cabinetry for the main kitchen cabinets in an Ardmore door style on maple in a linen finish accented by a black granite countertop. It includes a separate beverage bar with cabinetry in a Baltic finish complemented by a Dekton countertop that gives it a distinctive look. The beverage bar includes glass front cabinets, a microwave shelf, wine storage, and an undercounter refrigerator. The kitchen backsplash is Lungarno Retrospectives, which is a white porcelain tile. The striking counter to ceiling backsplash on the sink wall is offset perfectly by open storage with floating wood shelves. NGF hardwood flooring adds warm tones to this welcoming farmhouse design.
