A great room open to the dining area with a zinc dining table and rattan chairs. Fireplace features custom iron doors, and green glass tile surround. New white cabinets and bookshelves flank the real wood burning fire place. Simple clean white cabinetry in the kitchen with x designs on glass cabinet doors and peninsula ends. Durable, beautiful white quartzite counter tops and yes! porcelain planked floors for durability! The girls can run in and out without worrying about the beach sand damage!. Our design centers around a harmonious blend of light gray and off-white tones, setting a serene and inviting backdrop for this kitchen makeover. These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming. To infuse a sense of nature and add a striking focal point, we have carefully selected green cabinets. Completed in 2017, this single family home features matte black & brass finishes with hexagon motifs. We selected light oak floors to highlight the natural light throughout the modern home designed by architect Ryan Rodenberg. Joseph Builders were drawn to blue tones so we incorporated it through the navy wallpaper and tile accents to create continuity throughout the home, while also giving this pre-specified home a distinct identity. --- Project designed by the Atomic Ranch featured modern designers at Breathe Design Studio.
