Думаете, что самое важное при заказе индивидуальной мебели это этапы изготовления фурнитуры? Да, это важно, но еще нужно обращать внимание на сборку мебели. ⠀ Во время приёма работы заказчику нужно быть очень внимательным. Кроме того, не лишним будет иметь при себе своего рода чек-лист приемки кухни. ⠀ Итак, на что нужно обращать внимание в первую очередь при сборке кухонного гарнитура. ⠀ 1. Обращайте внимание, чтобы все элементы гарнитуры были плотно подогнаны. Между ними не должно быть щелей, перекосов. Даже самые маленькие технологические отверстия должны быть закрыты пластиковыми заглушками. Лучше подбирать их под цвет мебели. ⠀ 2. Особое внимание уделите деталям. На них не должно быть никаких царапин, пятен, механических повреждений или других дефектов. ⠀ Дверцы должны открываться легко, без скрипов и других посторонних звуков, а также не цепляться друг за друга. ⠀ 3. Фасады при закрывании должны быть на одном уровне с соседними шкафчиками или другими элементами, и плотно прилегать к торцу каркаса. ⠀ Но важно знать, что есть допустимые зазоры, которые должны быть не более 7 мм. ⠀ 4. Не нужно подписывать акт приемки пока вы действительно всё не проверите самостоятельно. Как бы вы ни доверяли компании, ваша лучшая гарантия — это собственно ручная проверка. Если вы выявите ошибки устранить неполадки мастера должны тут же. Поэтому сначала убедитесь, что всё в порядке, а после подписываете документ. Quando le sorelle Vezzosi hanno deciso di Ristrutturare questa Casa rivolgendosi all’Architetto JFD di Milano l’interrogativo è stato subito: come ricavare una seconda camera? Antonella e Annarosa stavano cercando di affittare questa loro casa d’infanzia da ben più di un anno, ma nonostante la posizione fantastica in centro a Empoli, a due passi dalla stazione, e nonostante l’appartamento fosse all’interno di un grazioso complesso di inizio secolo scorso, non riuscivano a trovare persone interessate. Il motivo era la strana distribuzione degli ambienti, con una sola camera enorme, e gli ambienti giorno mal divisi, per una metratura totale però di quasi 70 mq. Dovevamo inventarci la seconda camera e ci siamo riusciti con uno stravolgimento delle stanze che ha visto il bagno spostarsi al centro dell’appartamento, e per nascondere le tubazioni di scarico e areazione si è creata una contro parete in cui abbiamo intarsiato una libreria che è diventata poi la protagonista della ristrutturazione di questo appartamento.

We recently took on an exciting whole-home renovation for this lovely historic Trinity in Center City Philadelphia. Originally built in the mid-1800s, the house footprint is just over 17’ x 13’. As is typical of this type of 3-story house, the kitchen is located in the basement, making this house four floors of occupied space with overall square footage totaling just under 900 square feet. The homeowner felt the former kitchen was cramped, dimly lit, and inefficiently designed, and she was in search of help in bringing her artistic vision for the space to life, blending both old and new elements through an exciting mix of textures and character. High on her priority list was integrating her wonderful collection of objects gathered from her travels around the world. We brought our design skills and construction experience to the team, working with the homeowner and the designer to develop a host of creative solutions, including the installation of an Indonesian screen as a sliding door covering a newly reconfigured utility area, which includes a new on-demand hot water heater, mounted next to a new electrical panel with ample room for service and access. Designed by Simon Cox from Joyce Kitchens, this stunning kitchen features an abundance of storage space and a practical U-shaped layout. Uniting the living area and kitchen, the dual-height island bench delivers everyday convenience. Fitted with TANDEMBOX antaro drawers by Blum and two LeMans II corner units by Häfele, the kitchen provides plenty of highly functional storage space. Bevelled-edged SmartPanel® acrylic doors in ‘Alaska SuperGloss’ were selected for the cabinetry, which is beautifully complemented by the ‘Intense White’ Caesarstone benchtops. Polytec veneer in ‘Natural Oak’ features on the overhead cabinetry and island-bench extension, which fosters a warm and welcoming ambiance. The central position of the island allows for simultaneous cooking and socialising, while perfectly accommodating the homeowners’ passion for entertaining.
