Il s’agissait de leur premier achat immobilier, un joli appartement dans le Nord de Paris. L’objet de cette rénovation partielle visait à réaménager la cuisine, repenser l’espace entre la salle de bain, la chambre et le salon. Nous avons ainsi pu, à travers l’implantation d’un mur entre la chambre et le salon, créer une future chambre d’enfant. Coup de coeur spécial pour la cuisine Ikea. Elle a été customisée par nos architectes via Superfront. Superfront propose des matériaux chics et luxueux, made in Suède; de quoi passer sa cuisine Ikea au niveau supérieur !

He explains: “I tried using the IKEA kitchen planner but the more I used it, the more questions I had. IKD, with all their expertise in kitchen design took all the hard decisions off of my hands. Plus the cost was very reasonable.” With a total budget of roughly $16,000, the couple selected a variety of high-end appliances, non-IKEA products and, of course, the IKEA SEKTION cabinet system to create a contemporary kitchen “with a splash of Scandinavian modern.” But it also needed to be reliable enough for everyday cooking as well as entertaining. “We have a large outdoor entertaining area by the entrance,” he adds. The pair combined the IKEA SEKTION cabinet framework with custom doors and drawer faces from the Cabinet Face. For the appliances, Richard selected a 24” Bertazonni range; an 18” Bosch dishwasher and 24” Bosch microwave drawer; a Franke Professional Series Sink; a KWC Domo kitchen faucet; a BodyGlove BG3000 water filter system; an InSinkErator Indulge Modern single-handle instant hot and cold water dispenser faucet and the Evolution Series garbage disposal, also from InSinkErator. The couple selected Silestone Cemento Spa countertop material as well as IKEA OMLOPP drawer lighting and IKEA IRSTA countertop lighting to finish the look.

SKP Design has completed a frame up renovation of a 1956 Spartan Imperial Mansion. We combined historic elements, modern elements and industrial touches to reimagine this vintage camper which is now the showroom for our new line of business called Ready To Roll. http://www.skpdesign.com/spartan-imperial-mansion You'll see a spectrum of materials, from high end Lumicor translucent door panels to curtains from Walmart. We invested in commercial LVT wood plank flooring which needs to perform and last 20+ years but saved on decor items that we might want to change in a few years. Other materials include a corrugated galvanized ceiling, stained wall paneling, and a contemporary spacious IKEA kitchen. Vintage finds include an orange chenille bedspread from the Netherlands, an antique typewriter cart from Katydid's in South Haven, a 1950's Westinghouse refrigerator and the original Spartan serial number tag displayed on the wall inside. Playing with color is one of our favourite thing to do. To complete the transformation, V6B's team paid attention to every detail. The centerpiece of this luxurious kitchen is the stunning Dekton Natura Gloss backsplash, a masterpiece in itself. Its glossy surface reflects light effortlessly, creating an ethereal ambiance that enchants all who enter. The backsplash's subtle veining adds depth and character, elevating the visual appeal to new heights. As your eyes wander, they are met with the double waterfall countertops, a true testament to the artistry of design. These flawless surfaces cascade gracefully, seamlessly blending form and function. ‍ Gleaming brass accent details accentuate the exquisite aesthetics of this luxury kitchen. From handles and fixtures to statement lighting, these shiny brass elements add a touch of regal allure. Their warm, lustrous tones harmonize effortlessly with the turquoise backdrop, creating a captivating interplay of colors.

Our Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom. The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space. In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect. The large mint cabinets add a lighter touch to the space. --- Project designed by the Atomic Ranch featured modern designers at Breathe Design Studio.
