This cozy lake cottage skillfully incorporates a number of features that would normally be restricted to a larger home design. A glance of the exterior reveals a simple story and a half gable running the length of the home, enveloping the majority of the interior spaces. To the rear, a pair of gables with copper roofing flanks a covered dining area that connects to a screened porch. Inside, a linear foyer reveals a generous staircase with cascading landing. Further back, a centrally placed kitchen is connected to all of the other main level entertaining spaces through expansive cased openings. A private study serves as the perfect buffer between the homes master suite and living room. Despite its small footprint, the master suite manages to incorporate several closets, built-ins, and adjacent master bath complete with a soaker tub flanked by separate enclosures for shower and water closet. Upstairs, a generous double vanity bathroom is shared by a bunkroom, exercise space, and private bedroom. The bunkroom is configured to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. The rear facing exercise has great views of the rear yard through a set of windows that overlook the copper roof of the screened porch below. After removing a wall, this once very tiny kitchen opened up into the dinning area, new hardwood floors throughout the house and bright white painted cabinets transformed this tiny kitchen into a spectacular kitchen with it's custom made bistro table in a vineyard theme.

This Regency waterfront apartment is a dramatic foil for this project. The kitchen space is centrally located in the core of the building with a small window looking out onto a lightwell. Organising the workflow with the client during the design process really answered any questions - the clients less is more approach produced an interesting kitchen. The vintage oak doors were recycled from the previous kitchen to lend some balance to the modern handleless furniture. This condo was stuck in the 70s: dingy brown cabinets, worn out fixtures, and ready for a complete overhaul. What started as a bathroom update turned into a complete remodel of the condo. The kitchen became our main target, and as we brought it out of the 70s, the rest came with it. Our client wanted a home closer to their grandchildren, but to be comfortable and functional, it needed an update. Once we begin on a design plan for one space, the vision can spread across to the other rooms, up the walls, and down to the floors. Beginning with the bathroom, our client opted for a clean and elegant look: white quartz, subway tile, and floating shelves, all of which was easy to translate into the kitchen. The shower and tub were replaced and tiled with a perfectly sized niche for soap and shampoo, and a slide bar hand shower from Delta for an easy shower experience. Perfect for bath time with the grandkids! And to maximize storage, we installed floating shelves to hide away those extra bath toys! In a condo where the kitchen is only a few steps from the master bath, it's helpful to stay consistent, so we used the same quartz countertops, tiles, and colors for a consistent look that's easy on the eyes. The kitchen received a total overhaul. New appliances, way more storage with tall corner cabinets, and lighting that makes the space feel bright and inviting. But the work did not stop there! Our team repaired and painted sheetrock throughout the entire condo, and also replaced the doors and window frames. So when we're asked, "Do you do kitchens?" the answer is, "We do it all!"

Every inch counts when it comes to kitchen design; especially in Brooklyn, New York. This kitchen's footprint may be small, but it packs a lot of design punch! From our two toned cabinetry, the high end appliances, Thasos quartz countertops and matte black hardware... there is no surprise this unit sold for a pretty penny recently!

We recently had the pleasure of designing a kitchen for our supplier of Subzero and Wolf appliances. Jacqui had a newly opened up living space and wanted to create a contemporary kitchen that was the heart of her home. The kitchen space was small but it was important that we maximised the storage and functionality and give it a fully customised feel. Our designer Tracey had the challenge of incorporating the stunning Subzero and Wolf appliances (which are very large) into the small space without making the kitchen feel at all cramped. The result is truly elegant and sophisticated.

San Diego living is the inspiration for this coastal-style kitchen and bathrooms. It features RTA white shaker cabinets, brushed nickel finishes, arabesque shape tiles that resemble ocean blue -hues, an under-mount granite composite sink, and soft blue paint throughout the house.
