My husband and I remodeled our kitchen using Kitchen & Bath Gallery, Horseheads, NY. Denna from the start of layout to selecting hardware was absolutely wonderful to work with, quick to respond and answer any questions we had. My husband and I have remodeled our two bathrooms using Kitchen & Bath Gallery, Horseheads, NY. Denna was awesome to work with. She answered many questions my husband had for her. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. She is quick in responding to emails. We borrowed several different samples of countertops, vanity colors, along with shower walls to match with the flooring. We knew the colors we wanted and Denna was very helpful with matching colors. My husband and I took the contractor’s measurements for our proposed bathroom remodel to Kitchen and Bath Gallery . Denna spent time, educated us, including pros and cons, and answered many questions. She followed up our visit to the showroom with an itemized proposal, ordered and arranged for delivery of all items needed to complete the project. Over the years I have had designed and installed five original kitchens in three states. The design knowledge and expert advice was the best I’ve had, bar none. The courtesy, availability, and follow through at every step of the way was exceptional. Working with the owner is such a plus. Kudos to Denna. Job well done.

Denna Ostrander (the owner) was amazing. She came up with 3 great designs within a few days! She gave me great ideas and helped me choose everything. Even the garbage disposal. She worked very well with my contractor also. She was very professional. She immediately returned my calls or emails. I would highly recommend her. My project was big! Total gut job and now it is gorgeous!

Denna was a pleasure to work with. We purchased bathroom vanities and tops this time around. This is the second time we worked with her and she is very knowledgeable. She asks all the right questions to get you started and works through the many options to find exactly what you want. We would definitely go there again.

We purchased a vanity, sink top, and medicine chest mirror. We were shown a large number of options and the designers worked with us to find the perfect set for our project. The prices were very reasonable and they did not try to up-sell us or go over our budget. Having worked in the quality assurance department for a name brand cabinet manufacturer, the delivered product is very well made and I expect it to last a lifetime.

Denna was indeed a pro. She listened attentively to all of my concerns and was able to understand and always listened to my needs. The result is the perfect shower/spa-like bathroom, all custom and beautifully rendered. I owe her a debt of gratitude.

I adore Denna, first and foremost. She is the easiest, most fun person to work with on any project that I've done so far on my house. She is amazing. She was wonderful ideas, but first and foremost, she listens. That was what really made me so incredibly happy. She listened to ideas that I brought in and then she designed something even better than what I'd wanted. When it comes to re-doing my other bathrooms in a few years, she is first on my list. My kitchen is gorgeous. Yes, I'm biased, but it is. The cherry woodwork is beautiful, the counter tops set off the wood's rich color and I love my backsplash. I ended up having to redo my bathroom, on this project, on the fly after finding mold behind my old shower when the guys were tearing out my old kitchen. I ran in to see Denna and an hour later we had a layout, plan, color, shower, grout, faucets and all picked out. She is the most amazing person to work with. I also adore the fact that she uses businesses that use American made products and are made here in the US. I like using small family businesses when I'm able and she works with them as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about Denna. She is just amazing to work with and I'd work with her on any project again in a heartbeat.

Denna was great to work with! We took the old master bedroom and bathroom and converted that to a new master bathroom and walk-in closet, and converted the bedroom next to that into a new master bedroom. We went through several design changes over the course of about a year before finalizing our design and choice of products. Denna was patient with us as we worked through this process, making suggestions about design and products without being pushy. We now have an awesome walk-in shower, heated floors, beautiful tiles and cabinetry! We will soon be working with Denna again on another bathroom renovation!
