While working with this couple on their master bathroom, they asked us to renovate their kitchen which was still in the 70’s and needed a complete demo and upgrade utilizing new modern design and innovative technology and elements. We transformed an indoor grill area with curved design on top to a buffet/serving station with an angled top to mimic the angle of the ceiling. Skylights were incorporated for natural light and the red brick fireplace was changed to split face stacked travertine which continued over the buffet for a dramatic aesthetic. The dated island, cabinetry and appliances were replaced with bark-stained Hickory cabinets, a larger island and state of the art appliances. The sink and faucet were chosen from a source in Chicago and add a contemporary flare to the island. An additional buffet area was added for a tv, bookshelves and additional storage. The pendant light over the kitchen table took some time to find exactly what they were looking for, but we found a light that was minimalist and contemporary to ensure an unobstructed view of their beautiful backyard. The result is a stunning kitchen with improved function, storage, and the WOW they were going for.

This kitchen needs to have a day-to-day function and also function for corporate entertaining. As such, electric doors open up to a large back end, where a complete scullery can be found. Under-cabinet lighting complements these tones well, adding a softness to the clean lines and sleekness of the design. We chose hard-wearing and long-lasting Corian and black glass to create this unique look.

This large kitchen remodel expansion included removing a wall to create a larger space and added vaulted ceiling to make this room even more spacious. This kitchen was once an enclosed u-shape kitchen and now with the added space a large island was added and a wall of cabinets for additional space. This lakeside retreat has been in the family for generations & is lovingly referred to as "the magnet" because it pulls friends and family together. When rebuilding on their family's land, our priority was to create the same feeling for generations to come. This new build project included all interior & exterior architectural design features including lighting, flooring, tile, countertop, cabinet, appliance, hardware & plumbing fixture selections. My client opted in for an all inclusive design experience including space planning, furniture & decor specifications to create a move in ready retreat for their family to enjoy for years & years to come. It was an honor designing this family's dream house & will leave you wanting a little slice of waterfront paradise of your own!

This vacation home in Park City, Utah was transformed from a dark rustic ski lodge to a contemporary light and airy home. Extensive space planning changes to the kitchen, great room, and master suite made for much better use of the space. The materials selected, such as wood, stone, and painted brick, make the home feel like it still belongs in Park City, but now in a much more sophisticated way. This gorgeous modern home sits along a rushing river and includes a separate enclosed pavilion. Distinguishing features include the mixture of metal, wood and stone textures throughout the home in hues of brown, grey and black.

Custom Shaker cabinet on an inset frame. White for the walls and Coastal Grey on the island. The countertops are a simple quartz. The floors are the original travertine and the backsplash is a large pattern tile. The hood is a custom steel hood with a black patina finish. Enjoy!

The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.
