A new contemporary kitchen for a family that loves to cook. The owners ' European preferences lead to the selection of the German made cabinets by Bulthaup. The crisp cabinet styling and sophisticated engineering allowed for a clean, minimal style. White cabinets and backsplash defined the walls. Darker cabinets and appliances defined areas of focus. Folding exterior doors enabled the entire corner to open to the deck and rear yard. Remote controlled screens lower from the ceiling to create a screened breakfast area. DLux Images

Die Kunst bei der Gestaltung dieser Küche war die Trapezform bei der Gestaltung der neuen Küche mit großem Sitzplatz Sinnvoll zu nutzen. Alle Unterschränke wurden in weißem Mattlack ausgeführt und die lange Zeile beginnt links mit einer Tiefe von 70cm und endet rechts mit 40cm. Die Kochinsel hat ebenfalls eine Trapezform. Oberschränke und Hochschränke wurden in Altholz ausgeführt.

The navy blue stripe running through the center of the island and down the waterfall side, is absolutely the most attractive element of this fresh kitchen! In addition to the gold handles, faucets and lighting the wood grain laminate cabinets add warmth to this high gloss white acrylic kitchen. Built into the cabinet, are charming red stove knobs, that everyone seems to notice upon entering this magnificent space!

This "Miami" kitchen features a handle-less design across all doors and drawers. The island is shown here in grey matte lacquer and tall units in Eucalyptus wood veneer. Aluminum framed glass doors creates elegant display units. Sturdy floating shelves made from lacquered steel mounted on Eucalyptus veneer panels. Wall mounted base unit provide additional storage while functioning as a sideboard.

The major objective of this home was to craft something entirely unique; based on our client’s international travels, and tailored to their ideal lifestyle. Every detail, selection and method was individual to this project. The design included personal touches like a dog shower for their Great Dane, a bar downstairs to entertain, and a TV tucked away in the den instead of on display in the living room. Great design doesn’t just happen. It’s a product of work, thought and exploration. For our clients, they looked to hotels they love in New York and Croatia, Danish design, and buildings that are architecturally artistic and ideal for displaying art. Our part was to take these ideas and actually build them. Every door knob, hinge, material, color, etc. was meticulously researched and crafted. Most of the selections are custom built either by us, or by hired craftsman.

With its interesting shingled roof lines, abundant windows with decorative brackets and welcoming porch, the exterior takes in surrounding views while the interior meets and exceeds contemporary expectations of ease and comfort. The main level features almost 3,000 square feet of open living, from the charming entry with multiple window seats and built-in benches to the central 15 by 22-foot kitchen, 22 by 18-foot living room with fireplace and adjacent dining and a relaxing, almost 300-square-foot screened-in porch. Nearby is a private sitting room and a 14 by 15-foot master bedroom with built-ins and a spa-style double-sink bath with a beautiful barrel-vaulted ceiling.
