The spacious, yet cozy flow of the main residence fits perfectly with the farmhouse style exterior. The gourmet kitchen with separate bakery kitchen offers built-in banquette seating for casual dining and is open to a cozy dining room for more formal meals enjoyed in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Completing the main level is a library, mudroom and living room with rustic accents throughout. The upper level features a grand master suite, a guest bedroom with dressing room, a laundry room as well as a sizable home office. The lower level has a fireside sitting room that opens to the media and exercise rooms by custom-built sliding barn doors. The quaint guest house has a living room, dining room and full kitchen, plus an upper level with two bedrooms and a full bath, as well as a wrap-around porch overlooking the infinity edge pool and picturesque landscaping of the estate.

Pantry replaced a pantry closet with shelving (5) that was 2' wide inside. By removing closet added custom Pantry 35" wide with 3 drawers, 2 pull outs and 2 shelves - more than doubling capacity of pantry ; Coffee station (note upper cabinet is 14" deep vs. standard 12" - this was done due to the two large items on each side. Designing with a pop of color was the main goal for this space. This second kitchen is adjacent to the main kitchen so it was important that the design stayed cohesive but also felt like it's own space. The walls are tiled in a 4x4 white porcelain tile. An office area is integrated into the space to give the client the option of a smaller office space near the kitchen. Colorful floral wallpaper covers the ceiling and creates a playful scene. An orange office chair pairs perfectly with the wallpapered ceiling. Dark colored cabinetry sits against white tile and white quartz countertops.

This material has been popular since the age of antiquity due to their strength, hard-wearing resistance and at the same time their outstanding styling appeal. They are the inspiration for the IN-SIDE series. The series is named after the state-of-the-art technology with which Laminam was able to quash another paradigm of ceramic surfaces, creating a body and surface continuity in the slabs.
