I embarked upon my first house renovation with much trepidation. With a tight budget, I was somewhat hesitant to spend more on an interior designer. I decided to take the leap and was reassured by Carlie that it would be worth it. I am a complete convert! Carlie was extremely professional, but also very reassuring. She gave me confidence to do things that I would never have done on my own. The end result is more than what I could have imagined. I would’ve paid double - easily! We had hired Carlie Logie through word of mouth of a client, she assessed our 64sqm home on acreage in which we were renovating, we had so many ideas we had become too clouded with thoughts and this is where Carlie had come in with her expertise and helped us out dramatically. Carlie was very professional and friendly and I very much enjoyed working with her. My kitchen/family room was a very difficult project in that we had to tie everything in with an existing heavily patterned parquet floor. Carlie carefully styled both the kitchen and the family room, turning the area from a bare, cold environment to a warm, inviting living area. In particular, her choice of tiles, lighting and handles for the new kitchen lifted the space beautifully. For the family area, Carlie created a colour scheme moodboard and a furniture/accessories schedule. From this I chose a rug, and a variety of furnishings that I would never have been able to choose by myself. Every item that Carlie suggested, including a floor lamp, cushions, marble top console table, large vase with artificial flowers, table lamp, wall clock, and a number of other accessories, was perfect. Together they have created a significant, contemporary uplift for the whole area. A huge improvement overall - which prompted much positive feedback from family and friends. Carlie is highly professional at all times, is able to meet deadlines, and was also very patient with me when I became too busy to get back to her straight way. Overall, I can highly recommend Logie Interiors.

Carlie visited my house twice in March and July last year. She also arranged a consultation at the premises of the tiling retailer which helped me structure my ideas and to make a number of decisions in relation to the colour and format of tiles, vanity unit bench top, drawer fronts and drawer handles. Without assistance this can be a confusing and slightly overwhelming experience. As my renovation will ultimately extend beyond the bathroom, Carlie also provided advice on carpet selection for the living areas. She was invaluable in arranging product samples to be delivered to my home. Extremely professional at all times, Carlie Logie was a pleasure to deal with.

Carlie did an excellent job of advising us on the best choices for our renovation while being respectful of our preferences. She is a great listener and very humble - happy to support changes in the plan when she can see that it would suit us better. Her eye for exterior and interior colour palettes and textures has added so much value to our property and encouraged us to take risks we wouldn't have done on our own. As well as this, her extensive list of contacts that she happily shares has been invaluable to us. Carlie provided lovely ideas for my home and the colour combinations that were chosen were more beautiful than I thought it would be. She was great to work with and got an accurate grasp on what I wanted, whilst still giving her professional opinion on what would date and what wouldn't. I'd definitely use her again in future.
