Open concept wins again! This kitchen features natural stained wood floors throughout, along with black cabinets and sueded, YES! Sueded countertops. The client also desired a smart kitchen, so we made it happen. All of the appliances can be either started or monitored via the manufacturers smartphone app. As to not block the view into the family room, we opted for these nearly invisible glass globe pendants to keep the line of sight clean and as clear as possible. We went simple with the back splash, white oversized subway tile with black grout, allowing these black cabinets to stand out as the highlight of this kitchen. Did I mention the countertops are sueded?

Even small kitchens need "breathing space" so we interrupted the pantry with an open bookcase then repeated the open shelving around a mirror (middle condo unit with no window on the long wall) over the banquette. The space feels bigger with the mirror.

This small barn has been converted into Annex accommodation for elderly relatives. The original roof timbers and sarking boards have been retained and can be enjoyed as a warm canopy over the main living space, the hay manger has been repurposed as a guarding to the mezzanine.

Renovating a home is not for the faint-hearted and when you’re a keen cook, renovating a cottage located in the beautiful British countryside, the kitchen is bound to be at the centre of the project. This robust stainless steel appliance effortlessly integrates into the large moulding design, guaranteeing a cohesive and efficient cooking workspace. Above is a bespoke hood where a Westin Twin Motor Prime Pro Extractor is installed for ultimate airflow satisfaction. The complete WOW factor goes into this walk-in pantry, where our furniture makes an additional room, floor-to-ceiling.
