For more than 40 years, people of central Iowa have entrusted Hanson Homes to provide them a home to raise their families. Now, as Prairieland Homes, we’re continuing the tradition of building high quality, custom homes, all the while providing a customer experience that is second to none. We want to continue setting a new standard in home construction. Prairieland homes was and has been great to work with. They listened to our budget constraints and timeline and made sure to bring ideas to us that were reasonable. We were first time builders and new to the process so we had a lot of questions and concerns and I felt they addressed them appropriately and in a timely manner. Jake, Joe, and all of the Prarieland staff have been kind to our family (including our dog) every time we have asked them to come check out something! We would choose Prarieland again for our building needs.

Prairieland Homes is a fantastic company to work with. We built a custom home earlier this year with them and the entire process was seamless. They are prompt and have great communication skills from start to finish. Their design gal allowed for my ideas and helped guide me to make it our own with my style and tasteful. We are so happy with their customization, design, and customer service from start to finish and on. We highly recommend them!
