The combination of the wood and the white with the black accents provides a timeless, warm look. The splash back tiles have been selected to add texture and interest, while remaining a subtle backdrop. To ensure that the size of the kitchen complimented the rest of the house we actually removed a bathroom. We kept the Powder Room and updated Fixtures & Fittings. The galley style kitchen feels large and comfortable. Its openness and lightness make it a wonderful space to be in.

A colossal rectangular island defines this kitchen as the main gathering place for families and friends. 2" thick mitered edge granite countertops around the perimeter of the kitchen are interspersed with a gray contrasting island. With such a small footprint for a kitchen (8 feet x 8 feet) we had to maximize the storage, so we added a toekick drawer and a stepstool in the toekick!

Rising amidst the grand homes of North Howe Street, this stately house has more than 6,600 SF. In total, the home has seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three powder rooms. Designed with an extra-wide floor plan (21'-2"), achieved through side-yard relief, and an attached garage achieved through rear-yard relief, it is a truly unique home in a truly stunning environment. The centerpiece of the home is its dramatic, 11-foot-diameter circular stair that ascends four floors from the lower level to the roof decks where panoramic windows (and views) infuse the staircase and lower levels with natural light. Public areas include classically-proportioned living and dining rooms, designed in an open-plan concept with architectural distinction enabling them to function individually. A gourmet, eat-in kitchen opens to the home's great room and rear gardens and is connected via its own staircase to the lower level family room, mud room and attached 2-1/2 car, heated garage. Wellborn Bishop MDF doors with slab drawer fronts in porcelain finish, Italian White di Pesco custom crescent edge flat deck laminate countertops, Imagery Whitehorse glass & stone tiled backsplash, and Alterna Reserve Rossini Marble Grey Mist flooring installed on a diagonal with Smoke grout are featured in this just completed kitchen remodel. Florence polished chrome knobs on doors and Belfast polished chrome pulls on drawers add the finishing touches along with some bright splashes of reds and yellows to liven up the room.

This Fair Oaks kitchen felt small and dark. Removing the dropped ceiling and adding new windows created a bright open kitchen and allowed the homeowners to enjoy their beautiful backyard. White-painted Schrock cabinets provided more storage and functionality. Beautiful new quartzite countertops and iridescent backsplash tile, to the ceiling, imparts elegance and sophistication. The Versaille pattern stone floor, throughout the bottom floor completes the renovation.

__ We had so much fun designing in this Spanish meets beach style with wonderful clients who travel the world with their 3 sons. The clients had excellent taste and ideas they brought to the table, and were always open to Jamie's suggestions that seemed wildly out of the box at the time. The end result was a stunning mix of traditional, Meditteranean, and updated coastal that reflected the many facets of the clients. The bar area downstairs is a sports lover's dream, while the bright and beachy formal living room upstairs is perfect for book club meetings.
