Our experience with Middlefork Development and Andrew Bowyer exceeded our expectations. Andrew and his team did an outstanding job of listening and advising and project management. We started with a kitchen renovation, which involved relocating kitchen, dining and living rooms. The result was fantastic. The pricing and services provided were reasonable. We are planning to hire them for our master bathroom/bedroom renovation. We highly recommend them to anyone considering renovation or new construction.

We bought a home from Middlefork that is absolutely stunning. The attention to quality and detail is incredible and something we had not seen in similarly priced homes. The project was completed in advance of our agreed upon deadline and well within budget. Within 30 days of staging we were under contract. M Design is my secret staging weapon and prominently featured in my Little Black Book.

I work closely with a developer of luxury homes and condos, and we hired Middlefork's new staging and design division to stage a new Penthouse condominium in a boutique elevator building. The experience has been exceptional. The principals are conscientious and care greatly about the work they create and service they provide. We used Middlefork for a semi-custom build of a single-lot city home; we began working with them just as they had completed the exterior build of a spec home. They worked with us on making desired changes to the interior design and designing outdoor living spaces. They were very generous with their time and helpful in assisting us make selections for flooring, tiles, backsplashes, appliances, plumbing and light fixtures, etc. They introduced us to and assisted with high-quality resources in the areas of audio & video, closets, landscaping and sprinkling systems, security, and elevators. Having had a prior home built by Fintan, the general contractor, we were very confident of the quality of the construction that would be done, and the process was made much easier by the ongoing communication and assistance of both Andy and Fintan. We are very detail-oriented, and Andy was always on top of everything! Overall, we're exceptionally pleased with the final product and recommend them highly.

Middlefork did an amazing job building my house. Every detail in our house is so beautiful and well thought out, and the quality is top notch. No expense was spared, which is unusual for a developer. Also, Andy is so responsive to every question I ever had, and continues to be now, nearly four years later. Emails come back at lightening speed. Most importantly, our house has stood the test of time. In four years of living here, we have hardly had any problems. Any small issues that arose were addressed quickly and courteously by both Middlefork and the construction company. If I were ever to build another house, I would definitely use Middlerfork again.

Andy Bowyer and his team at Middlefork build terrific homes in the City. The homes are unique in that they blend in with the neighborhood but also provide modern comforts and finishes. Our home balances beautiful finishes and design with practical livability, including two staircases to the basement, four bedrooms on the second level, usable outdoor space and plenty of storage.
