This classic kitchen is understated, yet outstandingly beautiful. Our clients had a very clear general idea of the layout they wanted, it was up to us to fine-tune their thoughts and bring them to reality. The general consensus was for a dark-painted island, a cooking area along the back wall, and seating by the window. Overall, the design is complex and detailed, as the room had structural components that needed to be concealed without breaking up the flow of the space. The chimney breast is a faux addition that fits into the proportions of the room perfectly, and one of its piers conceals a steel support.

The kitchens for the 4 luxury apartments in the original Victorian gothic building of this recently converted hotel in North London needed to be sympathetic to the traditional style of design found throughout. Bespoke shaker doors were painted to order and paired with knurled brass handles, mirrored glass splashbacks and beautiful Calacatta quartz worktops and top-spec appliances were specified throughout.

The Rose Bay house is a fully realised example of design collaboration at it’s best. This custom, pre-fabricated home was architecturally designed by Pleysier Perkins and constructed by PreBuilt in their Melbourne factory before being transported by truck to it’s final resting place in the leafy Eastern beachside suburbs of Sydney. The Designory team worked closely with the clients to refine the specifications for all of the finishes and interiors throughout the expansive new home. With a brief for a “luxe coastal meets city” aesthetic, dark timber stains were mixed with white washed timbers, sandy natural stones and layers of tonal colour. Feature elements such as pendant and wall lighting were used to create areas of drama within the home, along with beautiful handle detail, wallpaper selections and sheer, textural window treatments. All of the selections had function at their core with family friendliness paramount – from hardwearing joinery finishes and tactile porcelain tiles through to comfort led seating choices. With stunning greenery and landscaped areas cleverly designed by the team at Secret Gardens, and custom artworks by the owners talented friends and family, it was the perfect background for beautiful and tactile decorating elements including rugs, furniture, soft furnishings and accessories. An elegant and bright traditional Shaker kitchen in Godalming, Surrey. We panelled the door to the pantry to match our cabinetry and added a coat of chalkboard paint for notes and shopping lists. There’s a breakfast cupboard to the right of the cooking space and open shelves to the left. The kitchen is painted in Farrow and Ball 'Skimming Stone' and the island in Fired Earth 'Mercury'. The dark worktops are a honed black granite whilst the island has 'Misty Carrara' quartz by Caesartone.

Cet appartement de 100m² acheté dans son jus avait besoin d’être rénové dans son intégralité pour repenser les volumes et lui apporter du cachet tout en le mettant au goût de notre client évidemment. Tout en conservant les volumes existants, nous avons optimisé l’espace pour chaque fonction. Dans la pièce maîtresse, notre menuisier a réalisé un grand module aux panneaux coulissants avec des tasseaux en chêne fumé pour ajouter du relief. Multifonction, il intègre en plus une cheminée électrique et permet de dissimuler l’écran plasma ! En rappel, et pour apporter de la verticalité à cette grande pièce, les claustras délimitent chaque espace tout en laissant passer la lumière naturelle. L’entrée et le séjour mènent au coin cuisine, séparé discrètement par un claustra. Le coloris gris canon de fusil des façades @bocklip laquées mat apporte de la profondeur à cet espace et offre un rendu chic et moderne. La crédence en miroir reflète la lumière provenant du grand balcon et le plan de travail en quartz contraste avec les autres éléments. A l’étage, différents espaces de rangement ont été ajoutés : un premier aménagé sous les combles avec portes miroir pour apporter de la lumière à la pièce et dans la chambre principale, un dressing personnalisé.

La hôte de cuisson se veut très minimaliste, pour ne pas gêner la perception de la volumétrie de l'espace cuisine; les tabourets snack en bois tramé et cuir noir apportant également de la noblesse dans la qualité des matériaux. Les rideaux qui représentent une part importante du budget (soie), ont été entièrement réalisés par une tapissière.
