La rénovation de cet appartement familial était pleine de défis à relever ! Nous devions relier 2 appartements et nous retrouvions donc avec 2 cuisines et 2 salles de bain. Nous avons donc pu agrandir une cuisine et transformer l’autre en chambre parentale. L’esprit était de créer du rangement tout en gardant une entrée ouverte sur la grande pièce de vie. Un grand placard sur mesure prend donc place et s’associe avec un claustra en bois ouvrant sur la cuisine. Les tons clairs comme le blanc, le bois et le vert sauge de la cuisine permettent d’apporter de la lumière a cet appartement sur cour. On retrouve également cette palette de couleurs dans la salle de bain et la chambre d’enfant. Lors de la phase de démolition, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec beaucoup de tuyauterie et vannes apparentes au milieu des pièces. Il a fallu en prendre compte lors de la conception et trouver le moyen de les dissimuler au mieux. Nous avons donc créé un coffrage au-dessus du lit de la chambre parentale, ou encore un faux-plafond dans la cuisine pour tout cacher !

At the at-home visit, Anna captured a 360 tour of the apartment to get accurate measurements and fast-track the project. As the project progressed, the client was able to keep track of costs and enjoy simulations on her client dashboard. The planning process went smoothly, and the client was very happy with the results. To achieve this feminine look, bespoke light fixtures and carefully selected wallpaper were installed to create a refined ambiance. Going above and beyond, the project also incorporated cutting-edge technology, including a smart toilet and bidet. Every inch of space in the home reflects the client's exact desires and taste. This comprehensive endeavor focused on transforming the residence, encompassing a full-scale renovation of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The team refinished the floors, ceilings and walls - integrating elements that resonated with the homeowner's vision for a space that harmoniously blends femininity, class, and timeless elegance. Our creative design solution started with carefully planning the practical storage capacity of every cabinet and how they would be used in the work flow of the kitchen. Our design team skillfully customized the many storage solutions developed by Dura Supreme Cabinetry to maximize the chef’s functional use of her space. The kitchen backsplash features Gris Claro Soho Masia 3”x12” tile in a stunning herringbone pattern above the range, and otherwise in rows of tiles laid horizontally at a 50-percent offset, meaning that each tile joint aligns with the center of the tile above and below it.
