We took a new home build that was a shell and created a livable open concept space for this family of four to enjoy for years to come. The white kitchen mixed with grey island and dark floors was the start of the palette. We added in wall paneling, wallpaper, large lighting fixtures, window treatments, are rugs and neutrals fabrics so everything can be intermixed throughout the house.

The design brief for this project was to create a kitchen befitting an English country cottage. Denim beadboard cabinetry, aged tile, and natural stone countertops provide the feel of timelessness, while the antiqued bronze fixtures and decorative vent hood deliver a sense of bespoke craftsmanship. Efficient use of space planning creates a kitchen that packs a powerful punch into a small footprint. The end result was everything the client hoped for and more, giving them the cottage kitchen of their dreams!

Clean lines, white cabinets, and marble countertops give a modern luxe feel to the space. Stainless steel appliances throughout contribute to the modern style of the space.

This two-toned custom kitchen was designed for our 5-foot client who loves to cook. Although the floorplan stayed the same, she dreamed of having an appropriate-sized cooktop, and top cabinets she could easily access. We dropped the back wall toekick a few inches allowing her to safely reach and have better use of the burners. To the left, a small waterfall edge in creamy white Caesarstone quartz, transitions into a standard counter height. Below her cooktop, we have larger drawers for pots and pants and spice pull-outs as her cooking zone. As for the backsplash, our client really loved her travertine tile, we kept it and refilled the areas as needed in our new design. We boosted our total countertop area with a custom-wrapped bookcase to the left of the sink. This also allowed us to bring the island forward. The island and hood are both in the color Miso, a slightly darker stain. Everything turned out great! If only the fridge would have made it in time. We can thank the magic of photoshop for this back order shipment!

New kitchen was designed in natural and warm tones, featuring oak base cabinets and white wall cabinets to keep the room more light and neutral. Beautiful grey limestone was used for both: worktop and a full-height splashback. Floor tiles in a matching grey colour were fitted in the kitchen to have a visual gap between two different wooden finishes: wooden floor in the dining room and kitchen base cabinets.

Mantivemos a configuração principal do apartamento, mas trocamos pisos, revestimentos, guarnições; reformados as portas; acrescentamos o forro de gesso; principalmente investimos em esquadrias com vidro duplo. Aliado a posição solar em que o apartamento se encontra, esta solução trouxe melhora termo-acústica ao apartamento, não necessitando a instalação de ar condicionado em nenhum ambiente. O toque de jovialidade e bom-humor está presente com as cadeiras Christie Floral. Mais aconchegante ainda, o dormitório do casal possui cama enorme, cabeceira estofada, puff e tapete super macio. A imagem da ponte do brooklin impressa em uma chapa de mdf e os espelhos do closet oferecem profundidade ao espaço, chamando a atenção de quem entra no quarto. Tudo sob medida, com design mais apurado, onde cada peça é pensada e projetada para uma vida mais duradoura. O vazio de certos pontos dão leveza e oferecem uma boa circulação.
