Tournant le dos à la terrasse malgré la porte-fenêtre qui y menait, l’agencement de la cuisine de ce bel appartement marseillais ne convenait plus aux propriétaires. La porte-fenêtre a été déplacée de façon à se retrouver au centre de la façade. Une fenêtre simple l’a remplacée, ce qui a permis d’installer l’évier devant et de profiter ainsi de la vue sur la terrasse.. Dissimulés derrière un habillage en plaqué chêne, le frigo et les rangements ont été rassemblés sur le mur opposé. C’est le contraste entre le papier peint à motifs et la brillance des zelliges qui apporte couleurs et fantaisie à cette cuisine devenue bien plus fonctionnelle pour une grande famille !. The artwork above, featuring a whimsical cow on a backdrop of pink, gives the space a dose of cheeky charm. It's about mixing a little bit of the gallery feel with a whole lot of heart. We are please to announce that Top Line Furniture attended the HIA Kitchens and Bathroom Awards night on Saturday the 7th of October 2017 with TMA Kitchen Design. It was an amazing night and in a combined effort Top Line Furniture and TMA Kitchen Design managed to get a win for New Kitchen $30,001 - $45,000, the amazing kitchen is pictured here. This modern kitchen features a sleek shadow-line look which creates a very minimalistic look to the space. The island bench is completed by two drop sides which is mirrored on the second island adjacent. The island is the work station of this kitchen with the sink and induction cook top being included on it, which meant a suspended range hood needed to be used. Gloss white with a dark timber veneer feature was used along with aluminium shadow lines which eliminated all handles.

This house lies on a mid-century modern estate in Holland Park by celebrated architects Maxwell Fry and Jane Drew. Built in 1966, the estate features red brick terraces with integrated garages and generous communal gardens. The project included a rear extension in matching brick, internal refurbishment and new landscaping. Original internal partitions were removed to create flexible open plan living spaces. A new winding stair is finished in powder coated steel and oak. This compact stair results in significant additional useable floor area on each level. The rear extension at ground floor creates a kitchen and social space, with a large frameless window allowing new views of the side garden. White oiled oak flooring provides a clean contemporary finish, while reflecting light deep into the room. Dark blue ceramic tiles in the garden draw inspiration from the original tiles at the entrance to each house. Bold colour highlights continue in the kitchen units, new stair and the geometric tiled bathroom. At first floor, a flexible space can be separated with sliding doors to create a study, play room and a formal reception room overlooking the garden. The study is located in the original shiplap timber clad bay, that cantilevers over the main entrance. The house is finished with a selection of mid-century furniture in keeping with the era. In collaboration with Architecture for London.

The use of neutral tones throughout this newly extended kitchen space, with Taupe Matt lacquer handle-less units, 20mm Eternal Calacatta Gold Silestone worktops, and light wood flooring, create a very sleek and stylish kitchen. The grey mirror backsplash reflects the garden to create a beautiful connected space. The large island houses plenty of pull-out storage and a Siemens iQ700 flexinduction hob and a warming drawer which when coupled with the Siemens StudioLine iQ700 ovens create a striking contrast to the lighter shades. A fridge, freezer and dishwasher are discreetly integrated into the main bank of units and a Quooker Flex tap provides both boiling and chilled water instantly. A particular feature in this kitchen design is the creative use of LED lighting which not only allows the client to quickly and effectively change the ambience in the room but also helps to add definition to the space.
