Completed on a small budget, this hard working kitchen refused to compromise on style. The upper and lower perimeter cabinets, sink and countertops are all from IKEA. The vintage schoolhouse pendant lights over the island were an eBay score, and the pendant over the sink is from Restoration Hardware. The BAKERY letters were made custom, and the vintage metal bar stools were an antique store find, as were many of the accessories used in this space. Oh, and in case you were wondering, that refrigerator was a DIY project compiled of nothing more than a circa 1970 fridge, beadboard, moulding, and some fencing hardware found at a local hardware store.

Medallion Platinum inset Bayside non-beaded face frame cabinets in the Magnolia Classic paint finish accented with Riverside Knobs and pulls in Honey Bronze finish. The countertop is 3cm Quartzite Taj Mahal with pencil round edge profile with a 2cm Temple White quartz window sill. The backsplash is WOW crafted handmade gloss white subway tile with accent tile behind the cooktop/hood with Calacatta polished pencil edge. Paylor Armed sconces in Brushed Brass with a Monroe two light Antique Brass chandelier with a hand crafted hardback shade over the island. A Bocchi Contempo Apron Front Sink in white with Brizo Tulham single handle pull down faucet and hot water faucet in luxe gold/polished gold finish. On the floor is Congoleum Triversa Prime Oak Grove vinyl plank flooring in Warm Grey color. Andersen Casement Combo 200 Series Patio Doors with white exterior and interior were installed.

This Nordic kitchen upgrade includes opening up the kitchen with a new beam, relocating the sink for improved functionality and changing all cabinets for a sleek look.

We are so excited to share with you this beautiful kitchen remodel in Lakeville, MN. Our clients came to us wanting to take out the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. By taking out the wall, we were able to create a new larger kitchen! We kept the sink in the same location, and then moved the stove to the same wall as the sink. The fridge was moved to the far wall, we added an oven/micro combinations and a large pantry. We even had some extra room to create a desk space. The coolest thing about this kitchen is the DOUBLE island! The island closest to the sink functions as a working island and the other is for entertaining with seating for guests. What really shines here is the combination of color that creates such a beautiful subtle elegance. The warm gray color of the cabinets were paired with the brown stained cabinets on the island. We then selected darker honed granite countertops on the perimeter cabinets and a light gray quartz countertop for the islands. The slightly marbled backsplash helps to tie everything in and give such a richness to the whole kitchen. I love adding little pops throughout the kitchen, so matte black hardware and the matte black sink light are perfect! We are so happy with the final result of this kitchen! If I were to explain the atmosphere in this home, I’d say it’s happy. Natural light, unbelievable view of Lake Murray, the mountains, the green hills, the sky – I used those natural colors as inspiration to come up with a palette for this project. As a result, we were brave enough to go with 3 cabinet colors (natural, oyster and olive), a gorgeous blue granite that’s named Azurite (a very powerful crystal), new appliance layout, raised ceiling, and a hole in the wall (butler’s window) … quite a lot, considering that client’s original goal was to just reface the existing cabinets (see before photos). This remodel turned out to be the most accurate representation of my clients, their way of life and what they wanted to highlight in a space so dear to them. You truly feel like you’re in an English countryside cottage with stellar views, quaint vibe and accessories suitable for any modern family. We love the final result and can’t get enough of that warm abundant light!

This project is best described in one word: Fun – Oh wait, and bold! This homes mid-century modern construction style was inspiration that married nicely to our clients request to also have a home with a glamorous and lux vibe. We have a long history of working together and the couple was very open to concepts but she had one request: she loved blue, in any and all forms, and wanted it to be used liberally throughout the house. This new-to-them home was an original 1966 ranch in the Calvert area of Lincoln, Nebraska and was begging for a new and more open floor plan to accommodate large family gatherings. The house had been so loved at one time but was tired and showing her age and an allover change in lighting, flooring, moldings as well as development of a new and more open floor plan, lighting and furniture and space planning were on our agenda. This album is a progression room to room of the house and the changes we made. We hope you enjoy it! This was such a fun and rewarding project and In the end, our Musician husband and glamorous wife had their forever dream home nestled in the heart of the city.

A compact but convenient eat-in kitchen in this London townhouse. I love the ball-shaped kitchen pendant over the wooden dining table, adding a fun industrial edge, and the pull-out tap adds to that industrial touch. The built-in ovens are from Smeg, and I find them classically beautiful. We painted the units in a creamy-off white colour to keep it feeling warm, and tying in with the brass hardware of the knobs and drawer handles. The dark oak chairs compliment the flooring, and we matched the fabric of the roman blind to the chair seat cushions.

This small studio has everything! It includes apartment size small white appliances, stunning colors (Diamond Cloud Gray cabinets), and great storage solutions! Besides the beauty of the turquoise backsplash and clean lines this small space is extremely functional! Warm wood boxes were custom made to house all of the cooking essentials in arms reach. The cabinets flow completely to the ceiling to allow for every inch of storage space to be used. Grey cabinets are even above the kitchen window. This Eden Prairie main level remodel transformed how this family uses their space. By taking down the wall between the kichen and dining room, carving out space for a walk-in pantry, and adding a large island with seating; this new space thrives with today's lifetyle. Custom cabinetry optimizes storage space and elevates the warm aesethics. With additional natural lighting from a new patio door and overhead lighting, it's a cheerful place to do meal prep and entertain. The homeowners wanted the flexibiity to have seating on both sides of the idland on one end, so a pedestal post was added to allow for leg room when extra chairs were added.
