Pour ce projet, notre client souhaitait rénover son appartement haussmannien de 130 m² situé dans le centre de Paris. Il était mal agencé, vieillissant et le parquet était en très mauvais état. Nos équipes ont donc conçu un appartement plus fonctionnel en supprimant des cloisons et en redistribuant les pièces. Déplacer les chambres a permis d’agrandir la salle de bain, élégante grâce à son marbre blanc et ses touches de noir mat. Des éléments sur mesure viennent s’intégrer comme la tête de lit éclairée de la chambre parentale, les différents dressings ou encore la grande bibliothèque du salon. Derrière cette dernière se cache le système de climatisation dont on aperçoit la grille d’aération bien dissimulée. La pièce à vivre s’ouvre et permet un grand espace de réception peint dans des tons doux apaisants. La cuisine Ikea noire et blanche a été conçue la plus fonctionnelle possible, grâce à son grand îlot central qui invite à la convivialité. Les moulures, cheminée et parquet ont été rénovés par nos professionnels de talent pour redonner à cet appartement haussmannien son éclat d’antan.

L'extension a servi à agrandir la cuisine et à créer une cuisine ouverte sur un espace repas baigné de lumière. L'îlot central fait la jonction entre tous les espaces: salon, véranda et cuisine. La thématique choisie est le blanc associé à la lumière et le bois pour s'harmoniser avec le parquet ancien.

A neat and aesthetic project for this 83 m2 apartment. Blue is honored in all its nuances and in each room. First in the main room: the kitchen. The mix of cobalt blue, golden handles and fittings give it a particularly chic and elegant look. These characteristics are underlined by the countertop and the terrazzo table, light and discreet. In the living room, it becomes more moderate. It is found in furnitures with a petroleum tint. Our customers having objects in pop and varied colors, we worked on a neutral and white wall base to match everything. In the bedroom, blue energizes the space, which has remained fairly minimal. The denim headboard is enough to decorate the room. The wooden night tables bring a touch of warmth to the whole. Finally the bathroom, here the blue is minor and manifests itself in its indigo color at the level of the towel rail. It gives way to this XXL shower cubicle and its almost invisible wall, worthy of luxury hotels.

La nouvelle cuisine avec ses plans en granit noir façon cuir de Zimbabwe. Le bar est fabriqué d'un bout de tronc de Sipo, épaisseur 5cm, métallisé et vernis. Le support du bar est en acier laqué noir de notre dessin, permettant une partie de rangement et le bout du bar plus libre.
