Cet appartement de 100m² acheté dans son jus avait besoin d’être rénové dans son intégralité pour repenser les volumes et lui apporter du cachet tout en le mettant au goût de notre client évidemment. Tout en conservant les volumes existants, nous avons optimisé l’espace pour chaque fonction. Dans la pièce maîtresse, notre menuisier a réalisé un grand module aux panneaux coulissants avec des tasseaux en chêne fumé pour ajouter du relief. Multifonction, il intègre en plus une cheminée électrique et permet de dissimuler l’écran plasma ! En rappel, et pour apporter de la verticalité à cette grande pièce, les claustras délimitent chaque espace tout en laissant passer la lumière naturelle. L’entrée et le séjour mènent au coin cuisine, séparé discrètement par un claustra. Le coloris gris canon de fusil des façades @bocklip laquées mat apporte de la profondeur à cet espace et offre un rendu chic et moderne. La crédence en miroir reflète la lumière provenant du grand balcon et le plan de travail en quartz contraste avec les autres éléments. A l’étage, différents espaces de rangement ont été ajoutés : un premier aménagé sous les combles avec portes miroir pour apporter de la lumière à la pièce et dans la chambre principale, un dressing personnalisé.

Having met Smarthaus at the Birmingham Grand Designs Exhibition this couple were looking for a cost effective kitchen and ideas and suggestions on how to design their open plan kitchen area. Atlanta Terra was chosen for the project with White Storm Quartz worksurfaces to create a main kitchen area to compliment the adjacent Spice Kitchen.

With impressive size and in combination with high-quality materials, such as exquisite real wood and dark ceramics, this planning scenario sets new standards. The complete cladding of the handle-less kitchen run and the adjoining units with the new BOSSA program in walnut is an an architectural statement that makes no compromises in terms of function or aesthetics.

After finding their forever home, our clients came to us wanting a real showstopper kitchen that was open plan and perfect for their family and friends to socialise together in. They chose to go dark for a wow-factor finish, and we used the Nobilia Easy-touch in Graphite Black teamed with 350 stainless steel bar handles and a contrasting Vanilla concrete worktop supplied by our friends at Algarve granite. The kitchen was finished with staple appliances from Siemens, Blanco, Caple and Quooker, some of which featured in their matching utility.

The kitchen boasts a sleek black Nobilia handleless design, offering a contemporary and streamlined look. This is perfectly complemented by top-of-the-line Siemens appliances, providing aesthetic appeal and unmatched performance. A beautifully detailed Dekton worktop adds a touch of luxury and practicality to the kitchen. We replumbed and brought the kitchen to the front room of the house where the natural light is brighter and utilises the larger connecting room space. The back room became a family chill-out zone and the contemporary kitchen sat well juxtaposed with the beautiful original moulding details and firesurround. We laid porcelain terrazzo tiles throughout the ground floor adding a different tile for the splashback. The worktop is a pitted African Moak Granite. lighting was removed and replaced with contemporary fixtures to suit the contemporary kitchen.
