Située en région parisienne, Du ciel et du bois est le projet d’une maison éco-durable de 340 m² en ossature bois pour une famille. Elle se présente comme une architecture contemporaine, avec des volumes simples qui s’intègrent dans l’environnement sans rechercher un mimétisme. The large open space continues the themes set out in the Living and Dining areas with a similar palette of darker surfaces and finishes, chosen to create an effect that is highly evocative of past centuries, linking new and old with a poetic approach. The dark grey concrete floor is a paired with traditional but luxurious Tadelakt Moroccan plaster, chose for its uneven and natural texture as well as beautiful earthy hues. The supporting structure is exposed and painted in a deep red hue to suggest the different functional areas and create a unique interior which is then reflected on the exterior of the extension.

This project was one of my favourites to date. The client had given me complete freedom to design a featured kitchen that was big on functionality, practicality and entertainment as much as it was big in design. The mixture of dark timber grain, high-end appliances, LED lighting and minimalistic lines all came together in this stunning, show-stopping kitchen. As you make your way from the front door to the kitchen, it appears before you like a marble masterpiece. The client's had chosen this beautiful natural Italian marble, so maximum use of the marble was the centrepiece of this project. Once I received the pictures of the selected slabs, I had the idea of using the featured butterfly join as the splashback. I was able to work with the 3D team to show how this will look upon completion, and the results speak for themselves. The 3Ds had made the decisions much clearer and gave the clients confidence in the finishes and design. Every project must not only be aesthetically beautiful but should always be practical and functional for the day to day grind... this one has it all!

A complete house remodel with an extended open plan kitchen dining living space. Our client was looking for a Scandinavian inspired kitchen with exposed wood and clean lines. The symmetrical units also house the fridge and freezer keeping everything minimal and hidden away.

Existing space was expended to create light, spacious, versatile large family area with high end kitchen, relaxing seating area both for dining and relaxing, along with stylish storage. Beautiful extension with open plan living space for all occasion.

Ceramic is a material that has existed for millennia, only now are we able to utilise its unique abundance of properties in a kitchen environment. Firm, resonant, with exceptional resistance to chemical, scratch and thermal shock. Also chromatically resistant and impervious to UV rays, so the finish cannot fade. This stunning contemporary kitchen incorporates the simplicity of the ceramic materials and avant-garde design. Here you can see the island doors and worktop featuring the Iron Grey finish. The left hand housing units, floating wall units and tiling all utilise the Ash finish. The wall units and island plinth are shown in the Basalt Grey finish. The ceramic material allows for highly versatile design, whilst not losing its inherent simplicity. Our island and base unit fascias use an incorporated handle. The wall units feature the slab design to enhance the visual effect. End panels use plant on ends to create a minimal, cube like styling.

The 10mm thick laser-welded laminate worktop and furniture fronts by bulthaup are engineered to be incredibly strong and easy to clean. There is no glue used during the construction of the panels, laser-welding seals the joins creating a water-tight seal resistant to discolouration and absorption. Darren Chung

A contemporary open-plan German Kitchen utilising a concrete effect and matt white door. The client brief was to create the perfect space for entertaining their children & grandchildren throughout the year.

Nestled within an established west-end enclave, this transformation is both contemporary yet traditional—in keeping with the surrounding neighbourhood's aesthetic. A family home is refreshed with a spacious master suite, large, bright kitchen suitable for both casual gatherings and entertaining, and a sizeable rear addition. The kitchen's crisp, clean palette is the perfect neutral foil for the handmade backsplash, and generous floor-to-ceiling windows provide a vista to the lush green yard and onto the Humber ravine. The rear 2-storey addition is blended seamlessly with the existing home, revealing a new master suite bedroom and sleek ensuite with bold blue tiling. Two additional additional bedrooms were refreshed to update juvenile kids' rooms to more mature finishes and furniture—appropriate for young adults.
