Our Carmel design-build studio was tasked with organizing our client’s basement and main floor to improve functionality and create spaces for entertaining. In the basement, the goal was to include a simple dry bar, theater area, mingling or lounge area, playroom, and gym space with the vibe of a swanky lounge with a moody color scheme. In the large theater area, a U-shaped sectional with a sofa table and bar stools with a deep blue, gold, white, and wood theme create a sophisticated appeal. The addition of a perpendicular wall for the new bar created a nook for a long banquette. With a couple of elegant cocktail tables and chairs, it demarcates the lounge area. Sliding metal doors, chunky picture ledges, architectural accent walls, and artsy wall sconces add a pop of fun. On the main floor, a unique feature fireplace creates architectural interest. The traditional painted surround was removed, and dark large format tile was added to the entire chase, as well as rustic iron brackets and wood mantel. The moldings behind the TV console create a dramatic dimensional feature, and a built-in bench along the back window adds extra seating and offers storage space to tuck away the toys. In the office, a beautiful feature wall was installed to balance the built-ins on the other side. This statement study means business with a striking wire brushed oak desk with elegant, splayed legs and weighty pedestal. The gentle curve of the desk, coupled with the leather inlaid writing surface, speaks of craftsmanship and quiet luxury. The desk chair was designed in-house to blend comfort and style, the chair’s been upholstered in dual tone leather, mixing pale and dark greys for a confident, sharp-lined look. The visitor's chair, also designed in-house, is inspired by Art Deco’s love of Eastern embellishment, the geometrically structured, mocha-stained oakwood frame is another statement piece in a room filled with eye-catching furniture. The pendant light comprises adjustable antique brass arms and swivel shades that branch out in different directions. The abstract wool rug contrasts with the harder, more ‘power-statement’ pieces in the room.

Our office was renovated in 2019 with a complete head-to-toe upfit. Combining a variety of style that worked well with the space, it's a collaboration of industrial and eclectic. It's extremely represenatative of our business brand, ethos, and style which is well reflected in each area of the office. Highlighted here is the client waiting area.

Home office y home schoool, todo en un mismo espacio con suficiente lugar para cada uno de sus 3 ocupantes, de modo que los padres puedan estar cerca si la pequeña estudiante requería de ayuda, a la vez que trabajan. Una atmósfera amplia fue la tónica de este proyecto, en el cual los colores neutrales de las paredes y el techo generen esta sensación, invitando a la concentración y creatividad. Se eligió esta habitación del hogar con orientación sur, hermosas vistas hacia el oriente y el poniente y una gran entrada de luz natural que permite estar aquí cómodamente durante gran parte del día. Los cuadros con fotos en Black & White como board de inspiración que les recuerden a sus ocupantes las metas y sueños por las cuales habitan este espacio creando día a día.
