We created this stunning moody library lounge inspired by the client's love of British Cigar Rooms. We used pattern, texture and moody hues to bring out the feel of the library and used the gorgeous Tom Dixon lamp, Restoration Hardware contemporary writing desk, client's gorgeous folk indian painting, and custom cabinetry to give the library/study a very modern yet classical feel!

Deep blue and coral vivid tones for this amazing library. In this room you will find a blue velvet sofa and two ottomans with orange tray tables, coral reef decorations and orange pillows, along with a colorful chair.

Sometimes a project starts with a statement piece. The inspiration and centrepiece for this apartment was a pendant light sourced from France. The Vertigo Light is reminiscent of a ladies’ racing day hat, so the drama and glamour of a day at the races was the inspiration for all other design decisions. I used colour to create drama, with rich, deep hues offset with more neutral greys to add layers of interest and occasional moments of wow. The floor – another bespoke element – combines functionality with visual appeal to meet the brief of having a sense of walking on clouds, while functionally disguising pet hair. Storage was an essential part in this renovation and clever solutions were identified for each room. Apartment living always brings some storage constraints, so achieving space saving solutions with efficient design is key to success. Rotating the kitchen achieved the open floor plan requested, and brought light and views into every room, opening the main living area to create a wonderful sense of space. A juxtaposition of lineal design and organic shapes has resulted in a dramatic inner city apartment with a sense of warmth and homeliness that resonated with the clients.

Our NYC studio designed this sleek city home for empty nesters who entertain regularly. This elegant home is all about mixing comfort and elegance with functionality and purpose. The living room is an elegant area with a comfortable sectional and chairs complemented with an artistic circular table and a neutral-hued rug. The kitchen is compact but functional. The dining room features minimal decor with a sleek table and chairs, a floating console, and abstract artwork flanked by metal and glass wall lights. Our interior design team ensured there was enough room to accommodate visiting family and friends by using rooms and objects to serve a dual purpose. In addition to the calming-hued, elegant guest room, the study can also convert into a guest room with a state-of-the-art Murphy bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are bathed in luxury and comfort. Our Northern Virginia interior design studio gave this incredible 1970s contemporary home a full facelift with thoughtful decor, and stylish furnishing. The kitchen was given a fun, sophisticated look with lovely slate-grey cabinets and luxe hardware. Our clients are avid travelers and have a lovely collection of souvenirs from around the world. By designing beautiful display shelves and console tables, we ensured that every piece of their treasure found a hallowed spot in the home. Besides, our penchant for the arts is visible throughout the home where stunningly curated artwork adorns the beautifully painted walls.
