My wife and I hired Piper to design a theme for our dining room. We have never been efficient at being creative with our interior decorating. My husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen and couldn't decide how we wanted it. We hired Piper to get her professional opinion. She can up with a design we would have never thought of on our own. We implemented the design and we could not be more happy with the way it turned out. Piper is very professional and talented.

I became familiar with Piper Gonzalez designs when I contacted Ms.Gonzalez to provide a review of my living room/family room for suggestions for a remodel. Having become familiar with Ms.Gonzalez professional vision and taste I asked for her advice professionally related to my sign business. I have been contracted by two different Property Management Companies to create interior signs for a residential high income condominium and a Professional Office Building that is undergoing a potential remodel. As a sign manufacturer I have done interior signs and thought I had a few good concepts for design. I presented these ideas to Ms.Gonzalez and showed her current interior pictures. Piper was able to see these two totally different environments and make recommendations for changes to the interior signs that would be more current and attractive. The separate Board members responded with elation stating Piper was exactly correct with her suggestions and immediately requested design and materials be done in her recommendations. Both have asked for her contact information to be used for future interior design within their buildings. I thought I could take on kitchen remodel myself. I was so wrong! I became overwhelmed with all the choices from cabinet styles to countertops, to backsplashes and lighting. Piper came to my rescue! She thought of things I would have never thought of myself. Her ideas are fresh and new. Piper's customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend her.

Piper & Jennifer have helped me with several rooms in our home. Piper is wonderful with color, fabrics and textures . They made me feel comfortable from the first time I met them. Their suggestions for window treatments and new furniture pieces were great. They were able to incorporate some of our own pieces into the design which was very helpful. Very happy with the result.

We have used Piper for redoing the interior of our home in 2 separate projects. She has a wonderful and very understanding personality to be able to work with my wife and I and to be able to complete the job within a reasonable period of time. Her contractors were able to do the work without any major issues which is a good thing. Piper's taste to redecorate was much to our liking and taste. The main thing that separated her from others is she has no attitude if there was something we did not like us and was able to come up with other alternatives to solve the problem. I would definitely use her again.

I was very happy with the work done. Jennifer was extremely pleasant, energetic and very knowledgeable. The end result was exactly what I had in mind for my small dream project. I would certainly hire PGD again.

I found Piper from the BNI and we really liked her upon our initial consultation and the ideas on our house renovation. She had great suggestions on the house but my husband and I felt that she ran short on her execution, detail and never took responsibility for the issues we raised to her. If you are looking for a low end designer then she is good for you but if you want quality work then I would suggest you keep looking. The only thing she cares about it getting the check and not making sure we are happy. The level of quality and customer service is extremely low. I tried talking to Jen today and there was no ownership. Also, be sure to check her math on estimates. My husband found many errors and we had errors on the amount of wallpaper, tile and except for the wallpaper worker her other workers are a B- on my scale. We have used designers in the past and especially on my window treatment I would purchase the same quality from a big box store without the custom price. We asked her to have the installer come back to steam the curtains (they look terrible and are not straight) and she said there would be an extra fee because I approved them. I actually did not approve them as he was leaving while I was walking down stairs and just gave a glance that he was done. I never signed off of them. I am really disappointed because I picked her! I guess we learned a good lesson!
