An indoor sports court under the garage, complete with a playhouse in the form of a castle. The playhouse features secret passageways and was originally built in the Casa Del Sol house plan, designed by Walker Home Design.
This unique city-home is designed with a center entry, flanked by formal living and dining rooms on either side. An expansive gourmet kitchen / great room spans the rear of the main floor, opening onto a terraced outdoor space comprised of more than 700SF.
The home also boasts an open, four-story staircase flooded with natural, southern light, as well as a lower level family room, four bedrooms (including two en-suite) on the second floor, and an additional two bedrooms and study on the third floor. This waterfront custom home in Delta was designed to give a bright open feel and take advantage of the beautiful water views. A light, bright almost beachy feel was brought into the space by use of bright whites, with hints of natural greys and neutrals. Pops of colour were used on furniture pieces. Complete with chef’s kitchen and large patio doors out to the stamped concrete back patio, this home was built for entertaining. Large gatherings can easily flow out onto the patio which includes a hot tub, gas fire pit and low maintenance artificial turf. The master ensuite boasts a large walk in shower, spacious dark wood double vanity and the bedroom with an oversized window, has a fantastic view of the ocean. A home that feels makes you feel like you are on vacation- everyday!

The large basement contains a media room ,guest bedroom, bar and expansive gym. The exercise area is clad in rubber floor tile and is separated from the rest of the basement by a full-height frameless glass wall with double glass doors.

This rugged Georgian Bay beauty is a five bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home custom build by Tamarack North. Featured in the entry way of this home is a large open concept entry with a timber frame ceiling.
