His thorough and thoughtful approach to the design process allowed him to understand our vision and style in order to create a home that met all of our desires. We chose Symmetry Architects to build our home after interviewing several other prominent architects in the area. What stood out with Clint was his attendance at EVERY meeting. He didn't pass along the project to a draftsperson after the floor plan or elevation was decided. He listened to our opinions and asked questions about how we would live in the house. He is very methodical and takes time between iterations to make sure changes are thought through. His junior architect was equally as talented and attended most meetings. Our numerous emails were returned promptly by one of the two. Clint visited the project periodically to make sure everything was going as planned. Clint was also available to work out solutions during construction and met us at the job site when something was amiss. We have been in our house six months and are extremely happy with the end result. We would definitely use Symmetry Architects again.

Clint Pearson and Symmetry Architects are outstanding. Among other things, Clint and his team listened to our ideas, interpreted and applied them creatively, and in the end helped us achieve our dream home. The detailing, both on the exterior and the interior, was classic. The living spaces have a very functional and comfortable feel. The flow of the house is perfect. Clint is extremely professional and easily met all the proposed deadlines and budgets. It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Clint and Symmetry Architects.

A very good communicator and listener. Clint has the respect for his clients that allows him to hear and understand a clients wishes and then the ability to impliment those whishes. The importance to this is the client will not be intimidated to express his/her ideas and can comminicate freely. Clint also has the ability to explain his idea's for the project in a manner that is respectful and not overpowering allowing the client the ease to see other possibilities.

I found Symmetry Architects very easy to work with and Clint Pearson had a wonderful sense of space and use of the site and view. Furthermore, I liked his way of presenting the house in stages from rough drawings to the final product. The final drawings were extremely detailed and everyone I worked with on them said so.,lastly and the best compliment I can give is that everyone who walks in is speechless as to the lay out and design. Utterly speechless !!!

Symmetry exceeded our expectations from the get-go. As first time custom home owners we had never been through the whole process and heard mixed reviews at best. Clint exceeded them all. He was courteous, listened well to our needs/wants and even took time to really get to know the little things we didn't even think to want to want - like budget! Start to finish we have had timely, thoughtful responses and feedback that have been spot on. Grateful to have had the experience and know we made the right decision in the selection process.

I would highly recommend Clint as an architect on your next project. In 2006, we asked Clint to help us remodel a small 1,200 square foot lake cabin on Cedar Creek into a grand lake house for a large family to enjoy. To me, it was a complicated remodel as we wanted to retrofit a 2,000 square foot addition to the old house. Clint began the process with live sketches over our existing house to help us visualize our options. I’ll never forget the live sketches. Over the course of an hour, these live sketches helped us come together on a plan of action. The builder at Cedar Creek said he’d never used such details plans albeit; we are in Cedar Creek and not Dallas. Clint does awesome work.

We are in the final stages of construction of our 9,000 sq/ft home designed by Clint Pearson of Symmetry Architects and the reality and practical elegance of the design far exceeds our very high expectations. He was patient and took the time to understand our needs and lifestyle. He is a very accessible architect and designs the house you want and not what is the current trend. He understands the the construction process in a way that does not force your builder to guess and what was intended. He was timely and responsive and extremely cost efficient and would recommend him without reservation.

My wife and I shopped for a new house for over a year. We only found one that was close to being perfect, but lacked a few features that we wanted in a new home. We ended up buying a lot and building. Our first hire was the architect of the house we liked so much and the second hire was the builder who built that home. We hired Clint Pearson of Symmetry Architects to work with us in designing our dream home. We first asked Clint to provide some initial sketches of how a house would lay out on the lot we had under contract. Once we were satisfied that the lot would work for us, we closed on the lot and began meeting with Clint to start the concept design. Clint wanted to see our old home as well to understand where we were coming from and asked us many questions about what all we wanted in our new home. Because of the detailed initial discussions, Clint's first blueprint design was very close to capturing everything that we were looking for in our home. In subsequent meetings, Clint was a very good listener and continued to properly modify the design to meet our desired specifications. This was a large project encompassing over 12,000 sf under roof. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Clint's design and even more pleased to be living in our dream home, built to spec.
