Sometimes things just happen organically. This client reached out to me in a professional capacity to see if I wanted to advertise in his new magazine. I declined at that time because as team we have chosen to be referral based, not advertising based. Even with turning him down, he and his wife decided to sign on with us for their basement... which then upon completion rolled into their main floor (part 2). They wanted a very distinct style and already had a pretty good idea of what they wanted. We just helped bring it all to life. They wanted a kid friendly space that still had an adult vibe that no longer was based off of furniture from college hand-me-down years. Since they loved modern farmhouse style we had to make sure there was shiplap and also some stained wood elements to warm up the space. This space is a great example of a very nice finished basement done cost-effectively without sacrificing some comforts or features.

A perfect nook for that coffee and tea station, or side bar when entertaining in the formal dining area, the simplicity of the side bar greats visitors as they enter from the front door. This space was useless when the customer contacted us to build a bar area. We made a design and they loved it, and we love the final look. CHEERS! Project Info; - European style flat panel high gloss rustic color drawer cabinets and floating shelf. - Quartz countertop.

Artisan Mills Cabinetry in the Bristol Chocolate door style was used for the wine bar and finished with Top Knobs, Podium Pulls & Ascendra Knobs in the Umbrio finish. A granite countertop in Nero Pretoria ties in the wine bar design with the kitchen.

This is our very first Four Elements remodel show home! We started with a basic spec-level early 2000s walk-out bungalow, and transformed the interior into a beautiful modern farmhouse style living space with many custom features. The floor plan was also altered in a few key areas to improve livability and create more of an open-concept feel. Check out the shiplap ceilings with Douglas fir faux beams in the kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. And a new coffered ceiling in the front entry contrasts beautifully with the custom wood shelving above the double-sided fireplace. Highlights in the lower level include a unique under-stairs custom wine & whiskey bar and a new home gym with a glass wall view into the main recreation area.

Beautiful fully renovated main floor, it was transitioned into a bright, clean, open space concept. This includes The Kitchen, Living Room, Den, Dining Room, Office, Entry Way and Bathroom. My client wanted splashes of pink incorporated into her design concept.
